sometimes, but only sometimes, I add a mind game training game to my session, specially on the end of the grind when I have fewer tables, however, not indicated at all hahahahah

There's a lot of folding in poker, so if I don't have any playable hands I will watch something on YouTube. On my tablet. Or just listen to music. Otherwise, if I fold and fold and don't see a playable hand I will get tilted and play silly and lose money.

I try to remove as many distractions as possible. Anything that takes up additional brain capacity will only tire you out more quickly.

I stand up and walk around, stretch, get some fresh air, or disconnect for a moment to reset my mind.
I make sure to drink water to stay focused
I prefer snacks like nuts, I stay away from heavy meals that make me feel sleepy.
If the session becomes counterproductive, I end it — even if the game is good — because playing tired leads to expensive mistakes.

For me that would be to distracting, because every detail on the table matters. Reaction time of players, player names, their pattern of behaviour. If you miss out on this information, you can not get to the final table.

I often play late at night, just before bed…focus on the poker so I don’t get overstimulated…listen to music on rare occasions or catch up on the latest idiotic musings of POTUS.

It depends on what I am playing. If I am playing PLO or fast fold poker, no.

If I'm playing regular Hold'em, my brain isn't really working most of the time as most of the hands aren't played at all.

Also I really don't have much time to play and am mostly playing cash games on my train commute.
