Sometimes poker sessions are very tiring. I like to watch TV series or anime. What do you like to do?

In most cases, I watch football matches on TV and evaluate the performance of teams that I plan to bet on in the future. I often bet on football, as it is a source of additional income for me. This way, I combine business with pleasure

I try to keep it minimal. Sometimes light music or a podcast in the background, but nothing that steals focus. Poker decisions need full attention—once I start multitasking, my win rate definitely drops.

I used to watch videos or listen to music, but after I stopped doing that and kept my phone away from me during my grind, my results improved a lot.
