Do you do anything else while playing poker?

Totally get that poker can be mentally draining. I like to unwind with a good episode of something like Breaking Bad or an anime like Attack on Titan. Sometimes I’ll switch it up with music, a short walk, or just disconnecting for a bit to reset. Gotta recharge the mind to stay sharp at the tables!

I have found walking while playing very good for my game. It clears my thoughts and it is nice to have some fresh air. And ofcourse it is not just about the mental benefits, also it is a good sport hat is absolutely fine to do while playing!

I do nothing else. No music, no Netflix, no phone. I spend my time away from the action taking notes on every player at the table. If a guy shows down a bluff with a specific sizing, I write it down
