And how big is your bankroll now as a result? Did you turn it into more money right away or did you have to deposit multiple times to get into positive bankroll numbers?

My first deposit was $200. Being a fearless newcomer, I quickly flipped that into $1000+ in a few days. I ended up losing all of my initial deposit and profits shortly after.

I paid a deposit of 10 dollars
and I played somewhere a month at small stakes or in Sit-and-go tournaments at 0.10 cents and 0.25 cents, raised to 100 dollars
then withdrew the money, now I play more freerolls and try to win so that I do not replenish the deposit in the poker room!

My first deposit was $12 , for control , and slowly he transformed in necessity and sure the amount grew 🙂
 
I'm actually thinking in depositing my first 20$ on pokerstars, I saw is a 50$bonus code for that. Planning to play small stakes and sit&go, only to get better at my game by playing real money poker. Do you think is a good idea?
 
I think my was around 20 aswell. Seems a good place to start. I got hours and hours of entertainment out of tgat 20 dollars. Lost it all after a month or so.
 
My first deposit was $ 10. I dropped it in about an hour or two. 🙂
 
My first deposit was $10 and my bankroll is about $500. About two and a half years I made withdrawals from poker with amount about 3 thousand dollars . I play only microlimits and freerolls. I can not increase the limits, because different life circumstances make me withdraw all the money almost every month.

Honestly, 10 years ago, my first deposit was a minimum, that's $ 10. I do not remember, but I think we lost them. 🙂

 
I know successful players who did not make deposits at all and started with freerolls.Pravda now times have changed in freerolls bankroll will not do
 
I have never made a deposit from my wallet. All I have is money won in freerolls. I recently withdrew these money in the freerolls and transferred them to ACR.
By the way, for the first deposit, the ACR is given a bonus in the form of cards, from which you can get $ 2-3 per day. 😉

My first Deposit is 20 dollars. BR well soared upward. I'm not planning on making a Deposit anymore. I will only withdraw money, but only from the amount of more than 1000.
 
I started with $100, $50 on PokerStars, and $50 on party poker, did well, had it up to about $150-$175 in a few months, then hit a really bad patch for about a month straight, and lost it all. Trying to play freeroll now, and get tournament tickets from poker school online, and getting a bankroll that way. I would rather play home games, so my money I put aside for poker goes to my cash bankroll instead of online.
