My first deposit was 25 Dollar at Pokerstars.
I got 20 extra Dollar through Promotion and kept that amount for About a month of playing.

Then i cashed in a Micromillions Event (Heads Up) won About 200 Dollar (2 Dollar Buyin) , so i had 250 Dollar.

I wisely decided to Cashout 100 Dollar.

What followed was the biggest downswing i have ever had.

After that Tournament Cash i wasn´t able to hit anything anymore. all the strategies i used on Zoom Cashtable didnt work anymore, it was hilarious.
I lost the whole 150 $ in 2 days.

I didnt touch online poker for 2 and a half year, following that and only recently started to Play some freerolls again.

My very first deposit in poker was $ 10 then I just started my poker path it was 2012. I remember only the rules and poker combinations I didn’t know how to play poker tournament so I sat down to play poker cash immediately got all the money and I was able to split up to $ 30, then climbed to the limit higher by 25 nl, and as I remember there was a card, and A7s I opened and 2 more opponents decided to fight with me I had a flush draw on the flop and we had three good players the chances of winning and I managed to win a large bank in the region of $ 90 further I continued l play in cash and could go up to $ 120 and they brought up and then out of the study and because I had very little time to poker, I had to tie with poker for a long time.

my first Deposit was 50 though I really didn't know how to play it I has been two weeks then I lost it

my first deposit at Pokerstars was 72 it last 2 days the most I brought it up to was about 101. Its tough game to built bankroll. The software seems to be chasing you for your money if you win consisted then ill tackle you down to your last penny. is there like a system to be aware of when playing at pokerstars? if so advice I would like to deposit more money and give it another chance.

My first deposit was at 'stars' for $50. It lasted for about 4 hours and they made me wait 20 more before I could deposit, again. So I went to Full Tilt. It was cool. I remember watching Tom Dwan play against Gus Hansen at $50K/100K. It gave me the impression that I need to learn to play poker because they were not playing like anybody that I was playing with.

My first deposit was 10$. Just wanted to check if its worth play real money and feel that thrill. Of course ive lost it in one day 😀

My first deposit was 20 pounds did not have a clue what I was doing and lost the lot in no time at all.🙂🙂🙂

several times added by 10$, over some time i have lost all my money. now i am playing only freerolls 🙂

Hi, my first deposit is $ 30. I am working on increasing my bankroll. Bankroll did not exceed $ 800 for the entire time of my game. Casino slot machines have lost their poker money in the slot. At the moment I try not to play in the casino.

Poker rooms have a lot of freerolls on which you can build your little but bankroll.

I made a 1st deposit at 888, because of the whole canadian fiasco.
I deposited $30, got a 1st depo bonus of $30(still working on that)
Already had a roll on there so I burned through the deposit working the bonus, got it down to $333 more(from $1k)

I am now in the home stretch of clearing the bonus only $46 more to go and on day 26 of 90
a BIG help from my recent cashes :icon_thum

$100 over 4 sites to start a few months ago. Over $300 currently with some help of bonuses, freerolls, and lowest stakes games/tournaments.

minimum. i always have deposited minimum until i withdraw some and leave minimum in there again. i stopped despositing a while ago now, and only play with my freebie winnings. i just don't trust online poker enough anymore to deposit 🙁

Taking professional players think that a beginner does not need to deposit more than 20 US dollars and playing cash games or sit and gos low buy in tournaments even to practice and keep improving the game and growing sustainably bankroll

So many people did so well with their first deposit. Mine was $100 on Full Tilt a decade ago now and lost it in like 30 minutes playing high stakes.

And how big is your bankroll now as a result? Did you turn it into more money right away or did you have to deposit multiple times to get into positive bankroll numbers?

If i remember right because that was 9 years ago , my first deposit was 10$. I didn't deposit after that just for joining depositors promos. I've played a lot of 10 cents table and i made some good roll and after that I've played a lot of DoNs.

when I first started playing poker,I didn't know anything about him.and once sitting with a friend watching the hiding place, the big blind, then turn to one long sitting and he pulls, then throws in Alina $ 1000, then another throws x1000 cards open it from another AA AK well the one who awaygreat and I say the other as unfair, he cheated, you can't do it, but friend says he did the right thing,he won, and I think to myself that I'm not going to do that, and the one who lost the last three hundred dollars and threw it all away and he took off, then I say that it's not fair,he cheated on him and had to throw the wabank too so that was fair but my friend says he did the right thing. and then I think that this is not an honest man, the time has passed right now, I play in tournaments is so easy and such losers I win happily, right now, I smiled so it's nice to remember, now I play in the pros and all I wish you all those exciting feelings of victory.

Made my first deposit for $50 onto Absolute Poker. I knew the basics, but pretty much had know idea what I was doing and lit that money on fire fairly quickly.

The game was recently held in the free tournaments, 5 times to earn money for small buy-ins, about the deposit I think, and I think will go after the card payment ..

My first deposit was about 10$, to pick the deposit promotions of pokerstars... And some time later I deposit $200 for the same porpouse...Started playing serious, and some time later lost everything on tilt hahaha
