Six players. Makes it that much easier to win a hand I think. Less likely for all ins or high raises from villains.

I prefer six players. Max eight in a tournament.

Depends on the OP. Sitting down with just a few highly aggressive experienced opponents at a cash table will bleed you blind (pun intended). However the odds are much more favorable, so fewer players are prefered if getting to see the flop more often and not getting pushed out after first bet or if your better than me and can stand toe to toe with really good aggressive players. Having more players creates more unknown variables. Good players understand this so it chills them out a bit. You also get more hands in-between blinds allowing more chances for hands worthy of 3 betting without having to pay blinds.

Hy, I prefer with max 8 players because 9 players is to much and I lose my concentration and 6 players it s a few players.
How do you prefer?
I play in tournaments with 9 or 8 players at the table. I don't like tournaments with 6 players at the table and I don't like tournaments with less than 6 players at the table even more.

For cash games I like 6 or 7 players and for tournaments I prefer a 8 or 9 player table.

I also play 8 max tables mainly and on the rooms I play most of them there, but 6 max is sometimes not bad because there is more action there

full 9- handed ring games in a casino give you more hands per blind , and some chances to observe your opponents when out of the pot . i don't mind even 10 handed MTT or sng's online ; if you last short handed play will come later !

I prefer 8 or 9 players because blind comes harder and my concentration is better.

I think 6-9 players is ideal. It's not too many and not too few, because playing with a small number is boring, and playing with a very large number prevents you from concentrating properly and is distracting.

I think 9 player tables are the easiest to multi-table.

Personally, I prefer 6 players, it allows me to have more perception of their way of playing.

I adapt better w/ 9 players due to ranges and position, but in 6max, we play many more hands making it fun to play hehehe

I have already gotten used to that same morning, the thing is that when there are 9-8 players it is that if you have a pair in your hand, there is another one with another pair and you must deduce if it is higher than your pair asjdjasjdas I take advantage of that info

The ideal would be 6 players to be comfortable at the table but it depends on the table if it is a tournament maybe more would be much better!!

If I play cash, I prefer 6 players, and in tournaments 7-8-9.

I used to love the old William Hill 10 seater sit n go format. At low stakes the games were easy. It was also 10 hands per level too.

Now I prefer 9 seater, but am quite happy with 10 seater for live play.

Not a fan of 6/7 seater as it somehow juts puts me off my rythem
