My opinion is that if they are defrauded I don't know but that there are a lot of people who play badly and pay with any two non-hand cards and still win, this has ...

Bad pokerstars

Good afternoon everyone.
I'm going to present concrete facts, I play poker on several online poker sites, at pokerstars, I don't even win 70% of the All in, even though I'm more likely to win than the villain, and that happens when the villain has more chips that I.
Every time I'm in All in against a villain who has more chips than me, I don't even win 70% of the time.
The chance of making a flush, full or straight, is small but there is always someone making one of these hands at pokerstars.
It is revolting all the time to lose with the best hand in the pre flop.
The correct thing is that I win as many times as the probability says I will win, but at pokerstars my probability is determined according to the amount of my chips, the villain applied me a 3bet and I went All in because I had a lot more chips than he did when he presented their cards, my AKo had about a 6% chance of winning and guess what I won from AA, being that I had more chips than the villain.
Then I hear players saying that bad bet can happen. I do not agree more with this absurd frequency that exists in pokerstars, being that generally who applies the bad bet is the villain who has more chips.
Of all the sites I've played to date, Bet365, it's a site that the card results are very similar to the results of live poker, the problem is the quality of the graphics that could be better and the fild that is small, more is I rarely have a bad bet, I rarely lose with AA, which is what the probability of winning with this hand is 80%, and on this site I win more than 80% of the time with that hand.

this game is about matematics.. u have a 80% chance of wining means that u will win 80 times out of 100.. its simple.. not rigged, the % is calculated on the cards the other ppls need to get to beat u. not rigged at all.

The important word being ‘chance’. Also up against other peoples ‘chance’. A 10-1 horse might never win out of 50 races.
More chance that the person pushing 7-2 all in pre flop is loose, a gambler (lol) or an idiot. When this has happened to me, once I pick the mouse up and put all the stuff back where it was before I threw it everywhere, I try to win the lost money back and just tighten up.
Sometimes when I start a game I triple up in my first hand with 88. It works both ways. I just don’t like losing and blame everything else.

This argument has been going on forever. I wonder myself, not because of bad beats that happen but only because I have not deposited money since the site I was playing on folded and took my money. So I am trying to build a BR without a deposit. An yes I suck so have the time it is my fault. But when I get up to 14 to 18 bucks all of a sudden I am loosing every big hand to the stupidest calls. This happens until I am back down to 0, then I start over. And the same thing happens. As I mentioned in an earlier post, poker friend from Europe was visiting so I let him play my hands for the week. He makes a living playing poker and he gave up. Said I really pissed off the poker Gods or someone is messing with the system. He also believes it is not rigged. So I just jug alone having fun and chatting.

I don’t know, everything is possible. Sometimes when I play poker it seems like it's built. But we play a lot of hands and we both win and lose. And it seems to us that everything is built. But I think not

I don't think online poker is rigged as such, if you're more comfortable playing real life face to face, by default, then you're probably relying on reading your players more, online doesn't give you that option.
I will say, as regards to the shuffling of the cards in real life, not everyone can shuffle properly and I must admit during the game, I've had the same hand at least twice, which is probably less likely to happen by a computer.
For me personally, I don't mind online poker and just play my game regardless.
My friends swear it's rigged, but they play a certain way that seems like it's not compatible with online play...

Poker

I think there is no fraud with RNG in reliable rooms proven over the years. Players tend to blame their failures on any circumstances. In general, this is characteristic of people as a whole. This is the nature of man.

Early winning

For what it's worth I think there is some kind of mechanism to let new players run good... Throw your tomatoes at me if you will but I've joined 4 different poker sites and every dang time I started out running godlike hitting top pairs and nut hands at high frequencies. Either poker rooms have prop players that let new players win or perhaps the RNG while random over a huge sample, clusters more wins in the first few 1000 hands. I hate to assume this and I hope somone can show me their personal example where they started on a downswing (assuming you are normally a winning player). I posted this idea earlier in here and last night joined 888 and I'm seeing the same pattern after depositing. Later after the upswing I notice I start being on the other end of the beats. It's likely random chance but I'm still curious to get a big sample of people who either has or hasn't noticed this just to make sure.

I have definitely noticed this also, I play Pokerstars, 888, ACR, GG and PlayNow (Canadian site) and on all of them I have started like gangbusters then after a period of time, ie.a month or so I have falling to a point where I have difficulty winning. I am the same player and play my style yet the cards on all these sites have turned against me..maybe the other players have ALL miraculously gotten so much better..the only variance to this is ACR where I actually can restart winning after a short loss period..someone has suggested clearing your browser of history and cookies every so often..I did this and had immediate results scoring decent hands and catching a lot of winners for about three hours then back to losses??? I realize it is poker:):):)

Keep it small stakes and it really doesn't matter. why would they cheat for a couple of bucks when they have $110 games. Its like why would you counterfeit a 1 dollar bill?

It's electronic-- it's possible to rig it

Just like playing electronic slots over the old-time lever pull, there's a question of what's really going on behind the scenes. As far as rigging against players-- no, I don't see that, as we have all commented stranger things happen in live play.
However, I do think the hands are rigged to encourage more aggressive playing, higher bidding. Keeps the action exciting, and ultimately, the win is still up to how the individual decides to play it.
On the flip side, I've folded many poor hands only to see I would've won big had I stayed in against the tilters. My personal thought... this happens more online than in live play. Is it a subliminal message from the site to urge me to loosen up?? IDK, maybe my imagination runs away sometimes....:p:burnout:

Most likely they use the same software for small stakes as large.

Online poker can be promising when the player plays with wisdom, focus and mainly maintains a routine and studies.

I believe that online poker is not an understudy, why? That would make the company cheaper, I don't think they need it

If you want to see a good example of a rigged site go watch some hands on global poker. Lots of new players since the lockdown which should make for prime fishing but the cards are so juiced you need the nuts to win. Cash , tourney or funny money makes no difference. Always has been rigged but worse now. But if you go to 2plus2 forum and say anything bad about the site the same two or three people will swoop down and attack you. My guess is they are being paid to do so. All the more reason to believe the site is rigged.

Ofcourse it's rigged, there's no such thing as Department Of Online Poker that will check software or something. So they do whatever they want :)

My approach to online poker is the same as I used to have when I player video poker in A.C. I know the machines are programmed to pay out a set amount so I played the best strategy for the game and hoped for the best. In online poker I play small stakes cash and tournaments. Play the best I can and hope for the best. When I get sucker punched I TRY to just laugh it off. When I win I feel rewarded for beating both the other players and the manipulated software. I don't win a lot, just enough to help pay for some of my other vices.
