When someone urgently needs your help during a session, but you’re playing 6–8 tables across different poker sites and can’t switch to playing on your phone.

I would say that my girlfriend, normally I like to play my days off, but she also wants to spend time with me, so it's my turn to sometimes, or just not play

I think the biggest distractions are those that can't be planned, such as unexpected visits, for example. But beyond that, the biggest challenge is learning to combat boredom and tiredness.

Unplanned or unexpected real life things coming up and needing attention ASAP. Usually I have things pretty planned out so there's no distractions thou. So 99% of the time I have no distractions.
Cheers!!!

For me, the biggest distraction at home is probably the temptation to do anything except focus on the game. Checking your phone, opening random tabs, watching videos, or even just getting up to grab something can completely break your concentration.
The hardest part about online poker is that you're sitting alone, so it's easy to lose discipline. A good setup, turning off notifications, and treating the session like you're actually sitting at a live table makes a huge difference.

No distraction at home . Everything is just fine . The bad [bing is the connection problems that I have when I play on mobile , especially when I go to another App and I get back to poker app . Need tonlog in again. Find my table manually in some poker rooms on mobile etc . But on home I have no distraction, I can play whenever I want .
