I'm not from Mexico, but I googled it, and the answer is: Yes — the situation in Mexico is much more favorable than in many EU countries. On 888poker, Skrill and LuxonPay (formerly Neteller/Luxon) are generally available as both deposit and withdrawal methods, provided the account is verified and you have made at least one deposit using that method.

Hello! And i wll add some info about LuxonPay, if you withdraw from 888 to luxon time processing is about 2 days.
