can i ask if someone knows about the deposit, why they blocked my visa way of paying now i can only bitcoin, and i have no idea how it works and i don't want to have but the mainly point is why they blocked my visa payment wall.

Hello dbchristy! Unfortunately our debit/credit card processor do not take Netspend, but you are able to use the Netspend card through Bitcoins! If you don't know how to use bitcoins you can click here for more information.
