To deposit with Neteller you only needed to input your email (if not previously used) and secure ID.
Now when you go to deposit you get a Neteller pop up webpage from inside the Pokerstars client. You will have to log in using your Neteller email and password.
For first time use you will need to have any security features you have active handy like Secure ID, Pin, Google Authenticator, email code or sms code. On first use there should be button that says trust device which you can use to avoid having to input security every time you deposit. You will have to use your email and password on every deposit though.
Skrill and ecoPayz deposits work like this too.
