deposit restrictions on pokerstars

hi everyone about a week ago i was trying to limit my gambling tendencies by putting a deposit limit of 100 dollars a week on pokerstars
the thing s i put 100 dollars a month and now i cant change that and cant put a single dollar for an entire month
even if i change it it simply wont take effect
i contacted support by mail but there was no reply so what s the procedure what should i do
i mean poker is hot right now with the coronavirus and the quarantine its really dumb to miss all the action due to a mistake

in order to remove restrictions on games, go to the services tab and check the appropriate box. after 24 hours, the support service will remove the restrictions.

Maybe open an account on another side? Also use bankroll management and study and improve. If you are a regular depositor, you are obviously not a winning player. The currently softer games might help with that, but prove yourself before attempting to move up, so you dont end up still having to deposit again and again.

I did but the monthly restrictions seem to still apply till a month later is there a way around this ?

Probably not since it would defy the whole purpose of the feature.
