PokerStars cash out

Guys I am facing a serious problem Whenever I'm trying to initiate a withdrawal from PokerStars the money is not coming to my card apparently my card doesn't accept money transfers or some other reasons , I contacted PokerStars helpdesk their answer is that the problem is not from them it's from my bank so I even called my bank ,my bank is telling me the same ....I have communicated to support that there are many alternatives to solve this matter . I live in Lebanon and you know the banking system here , it's even not possible to open a bank account at the moment , I suggested OMT money transfer,money gram , webmoney, wire transfer to my sister's account . They wouldnt accept any of these so what can I do in this matter I have 570$ hanging there and I can't get it out ? Is this legal?

I use the Skrill payment system. It is convenient, fast and safe. Withdrawal takes literally 20-30 minutes. But the Skrill payment system requires full verification of your identity. This check can actually be passed in a few hours. Check to see if you can use this system in your area, and if you can, I highly recommend it. You can transfer the money that will be on your balance from the Skrill payment system to your bank card, but all this must be checked and clarified in advance, it is quite possible that there are certain restrictions.

As stated above you can use Skrill also if the service is avalible to you there is paypal and Netller which are basically the same.

You will have to make a deposit via these methods before you can withdraw to them.

Yup as mentioned use Skrill.
Make a minimum deposit and request support to set Skrill to your default way of depositing.
Then you can withdraw and will recieve the funds within minutes.Had the exact same problem and it was solved by the method I just described

You need to abandon payment by credit card.
No use If you can't withdraw to it anyways.
If you're dependend on your credit card to make deposits, use it to add funds to Skrill .

Agent:I understand Raji. But I am really sorry . we cannot do anything about it.
There are few rules which need to be followed and these are not in our hands.
Hence as of now we cannot do anything as these r the only 2 methods available for withdrawal.
I am sorry but we cannot let you withdraw to a third party account.( When I suggested sending it to my sister's account)
As informed you can either wither to your visa account or create a bank account which will help you withdraw funds.

Hence ,my balance reached 750$ but I put it all ,angry and annoyed I was ...this is not right imagine 1 year been playing on this site depositing only never cashed out...that's ridiculous

When you make a deposit, you need to know that if you want to withdraw money, the safest is with VISA. Money comes instantly when you withdraw!In rest are time problems, commissions and conditions!

I cant withdrawal from Stars, so I basically find someone i can transfer the money to and they transfer to wherever I need or want. Last time i gave my ps $ for 888 $. Not always ideal, but whatever works.

My first deposit was using credit card. I have already withdraw money from PS which was credited to my bank account. PS will only allow withdrawal using same account used in the deposit. You have to inform bank to accept the transfer if this is not enabled in your bank account.
