I requested a withdrawal recently and I got a mail back from pokerstars. what is surprising is that they seem to have a new requirement now that you have to wager the entire amount of your deposit before it is eligible for a withdrawal. In other words the amount you can withdraw is related to the bet you make. So if you deposit 100 dollars for example and bet 20 and win, you can withdraw 20+20, 40 dollars. The 60 dollars you have needs to be wagered before it can be eligible to be withdrawn. In the meantime you can lose it all as well.

Previously you need to wait 48 hours after a deposit before you can request a withdrawal. They have been trying to fix their financial problems with first changing the VIP rules and then the rake thing and now this which is unfair to every player. You wouldn't get such b***** if you went to a real casino. What do you guys think?

I had noticed this when I tried to make a transfer from my ps account to another ps account, I only got it after playing and winning, and only released the amount I had won, plus I thought that this was only rule for transfers, this is unfair really , Because if you do not get that amount then your money gets stuck.

I don't mind it, I deposit with playing in mind so I don't have to worry about wagering a certain amount. In my opinion it's not a bad idea either, it will stop the players who deposit with a bonus code and only play with the bonus loot. Than withdrawal the original deposit.

Well, you cant blame the room if it is clearly written in their terms and conditions. Just withdraw 40$ and play further with the rest [emoji6]

Yes, quite right is spelled out in the rules of the poker room and has long been at the time these rules at this poker room

Really every day are complicating more to make withdrawals, now I ask: in relation to deposits you can put as much as you want
But for the money to leave the site, there something else,Will need to risk winning, or losing everything and not withdrawing anything🙂🙂😡😡

After he switched from director to PS, it's getting disgusting to play in him. The way is to target other sites. I also had problems like this, to transfer dollars, not to leave.

Say pokerparty is better than PS. The Brazilian JoãoSimão spoke these days in Las vegas, that the PS goes from bad to worse, they do not care about the interests of the clients, so much is that they will prioritize bets of gambling, times etc, and no more poker

With these measures pokerstars will lose players to other sites, and getting a bad image for their customers ie us players

😕👎

You are talking about deposit, yet it sounds as if you're talking about bonus...
Can you post the appropriate part of that email?

I did not know these changes and I deposited 50 dollars in the ps ... when I tried to get the news I had to play the 50 to release the service .... I was crazy I almost lost my money ... luckily I won a sit go one Modality that I have no habit to play .... but I already had the money as lost

i think that this is the answer

PS withdrawal policy details

"In addition, all funds that are: deposited to your Stars Account or received by a transfer from another player must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested, and a 48-hour delay from your last deposit may be imposed on withdrawals with certain payment methods. This feature is designed to protect our players against collusion and fraud. You will be able to submit your withdrawal request once the 48 hours have elapsed."

The new rule, was put in place to stop money laundering!! Real players won't mind it one bit!! It's standard, for most online poker rooms!

The new rules of withdrawal due to the fact that the room is used as a payment system, the worst thing about this is that for those who are engaged in staking calculations between users becomes problematic.

Use paypal for staking.

It`s ok for companies(countries)to make new rules n regulations(laws)as long as they don`t affect me directly:deal:
