Hi. Can you provide information on the status of online poker in Maryland? I'd like to start reaching out to my delegates but am not sure what's going on. Are there any MD Attorney General opinions addressing the sites that offer freerolls? Would it be worth getting an opinion? Thx!

There's no bill in MD right now. I'd encourage you to reach out to your elected reps in favor of such legislation. For freerolls, I don't know that there would be an issue, as players risk nothing of value, but that's off the top of my head. Are you hearing of any issues specific to freerolls in MD?

I'll reach out. I'm hoping that with PS coming to NJ, maybe other mid-Atlantic states will fall in line. Was just asking about freerolls since MD seems to be tighter than other states. But I agree that free isn't gambling. Thx! I'll post if I hear anything from my reps.

Yes, I hope PS in NJ helps expand the game in that area. It will certainly help. Thanks for letting me know if you hear anything new about free rolls in MD.

This is a personal decision, but I will not do anything, including sending a tweet advocating a position, that Mr. Trump can misconstrue as support. Just the way it is.

I didn't see anything in the tweet that sounded remotely supportive of Trump (same for the other tweets to others). And, you can always edit them.
