In the past, Feinstein has been rather anti OLP, but this email response is from the Governor of California's staff. I am hoping a staffer there decided to answer a question he/she probably should not have answered.

Thanks. It is a state issue now, so I suspect that is just out-of-date. The important thing is that Gov. Brown is hearing from the people of the state.

Let's also all try to post suggestions for future actions. After all, while the plan does work closely with PPA to optimize effectiveness of the plan, it's not part of PPA. It's the community plan and I'm simply the facilitator (as I have been since well prior to my role with PPA). Thanks!
