Having additional money, I would pay more attention to the CC league tbh, since it is very competitive, if not the most competitive environment in CC with a lot of long-standing members. I understand that the league rewards once a quarter and not per month. However, even adding 1000$/quarter to the current league prize pool, eventually extending top places, could make a big difference and attract more players.

1000$ per quarter - add to the League prize pool (4 out of 12 months)

500$ per month - league bonus game alike tourney for all league members
plus 500$ per month - monthly PS freeroll for platinum-level members.
These two 500$ freerolls will be relevant for 8 out of 12 months respectively.

I would make a monthly CardsChat freebuy $1000 added tournament for Silver level or Platinum members open to the world. By making it a $1000 tournament more people will be likely to click on the tournament on Pokerstars and check out CardsChat for its great poker discussions and its learning poker resources instead of maybe a $100 tournament. By making it a Silver level or Platinum members only tournament you encourage more members to join and become regular active members. I would make limited access to the tournament, for example, through completing additional tasks during the week and perhaps not a large buy-in from $ 3-5.
The prize pool would be divided into two parts, into cash and tickets to tournaments costing from $ 11.
For example, the top 9 looked like this:
1. $150 and 5 tickets to $3.30 and 27 tickets to $2.20
2. $110 and 15 tickets to $3.30
3. $80 and 10 tickets to $5.50
4. $50 and 5 tickets to $11
5. $30 and 2 tickets to $22
6-9. $20 and tickets $55

I would like to organize a fortnightly tournament with $ 500 + collected in buy ins for Platinum CC members, from all countries excluding UK, German, Canadian and Brazillian players (they already have benefits) and to avoid password stealing intruders I would put a buy in of 10 cents

If I could add $ 1,000 to cardchat events at pokerstars, I would split the amounts for entry to tournaments, I would put tickets ranging from $ 5 to $ 11 in these codes would be several tournament tickets.

I would add a tournament every week for new CardsChat players only (free tickets for 1 year from sign-up date) For $500 a month (about $115 a week).
Then I would use the other half for a $1 tournament with $500added to the prizepool once a month (or freeroll works too) AND stream it with delay, switching to random tables until the final table and watch the drama unfold

Maybe make the big tournament a 25% or 50% bounty builder, because bounties can be fun ^^
