I am new to poker and when choosing a room I stopped at 888 poker. What do you think about it?

It's ideal, especially if you're a beginner. There are a huge number of freerolls on this site, including our cool Cards Chat freerolls. 888 often holds cool promotions and it's not difficult to build a bankroll from scratch there.
 
I think this is best for you. A lot of freerolls here and you can build a nice bankroll

make sure you can cashout prior to investing too much time into the site

The first thing I would like to share is the rng, you are just constantly run over on the river, and almost always on a street with one card. They require an endless number of incomprehensible documents.
 
My friend made a deposit of 100 bucks, in about two weeks he raised his bankroll to a little over 700 bucks. He wanted to withdraw but nothing happened, he was blocked, allegedly he played with the help of artificial intelligence. He played for more than 10 years and never used artificial intelligence, he didn’t even use statistics.

888 has lots of freerolls, which is good, but the blinds go up very fast in a lot of them so you wont have time to learn as much.
I learnt playing freerolls on ACR. They have a $50 freeroll every 3 hours, the prizes are tiny but the blinds go up slower so you will learn more. However ACR freeroll alternate daily between NLH PLO and PLO8, so you could just skip the PLO days if you don't want to learn PLO.
 
It's not a bad site at all, especially for beginners, simple layout that is easy to follow and a lot of freerolls.
A tip is to validate your ID as soon as possible and minimise any issues down the road with withdrawals.
 
888poker is a seemingly attractive site and the best in terms of freerolls, but your disappointment will come when you want to withdraw money.
