It seems that 888 regularly have issues regarding promotions and they dont inform their customers of any issues til sometimes years later. Im having a similiar issue regarding the sports bet get freeroll - even when i had a ticket the tournament said im not elligible. Would have been nice if 888 could say they removed the promotion for UK players or is that not the case? WHo knows? Id love to hear what feedback if any CC members get off 888 support. Maybe the @888Rep could enlighten us?

A month ago or so they admitted the problem and gave extra tickets I think. Glad it’s not my own user error hah. Thanks

Ya, I think this no tickets/no players happened for two weeks now...bummer. I love this tourney. Hope it's solved soon.

I received that said Ticket 1 hour ago. Difficult to say and I don't know if they send those out all at once so not sure if you still have to wait.

Received mine yesterday and the ticket always comes through on friday normally. If u dont receive it on friday u either didn't play on Thursday or they had yet another error.
