I was also on 888 Poker but I have since deleted the software from my laptop. I found it all far too cumbersome to always be able to play there for a while and then there were problems logging in again. And was then asked by support to change my nick name a few times. And then I did it but the last time I tried to log in, there were problems again and honestly, if I want to play poker then I'm happy to do without this whole problem, so I've now deleted the software. Of course, this won't help you with your problem either, I just advise you to talk to support and ask them what the problem is.

Hi luckyfish. I'm from Ukraine and I've encountered an issue with 888poker. They allowed me to play, but partially blocked my account: I can't deposit or withdraw funds, and there are no transfers within the site. Now, the application has been showing a blank page for the third day, and I've written to support, but they haven't responded yet. I don't think it's a ban, as support usually informs you about that. It might be some misunderstanding with geolocation. I can't say for sure, but I know that 888 can complicate things regarding verification. I'm gathering documents, but my situation is a bit different due to the war.

For some reason, 888 never loads the first time. I launch it more than five times, and it still doesn't load everything that needs to be loaded.
