ACR finally got a working mobile app

Probably more at night but when it's night for USA it's early in the morning in Austria ^^

Nope. Still same annoying screen freezing for me. Whenever i have a deep run in tournaments, the table starts freezinh every other second. Im Not playing there anymore

Disconnections really suck
Everywhere . Period

A poker room that doesn't take this seriously is not a serious poker room . It's a Jokers' room , showing disrespect to customers and to their money . You cannot trust them . They do everything nowadays to attract new customers (special freerolls , ambassadors , etc ) . Yet they do nothing to improve players' gameplay experience . The year is 2023 , not 2004 .



I remember once at ACR a tourney , I think it was $11 or $16.5 tourney , had big stack , then (very deep in the tourney) on one crucial hand I had top hand set of KKs , big pot , the other player was keep on betting going for all his stack
Then I got disconnected ....... When I came back we were at another hand , I lost most of my chips

If it's in the nano stakes or very low micros , these disconnections don't hurt too much .
But if you play higher bui ins (higher for your bankroll limits ) , then these disconnections hurt
Early on a tourney it's not so sad , but late , deep in a tourney , close to FT or at the FT , then it drives you crazy



Their pc lobby also has problems , many disconnections (especially with WiFi ) , very demanding in hardware RAM or whatever . At my laptop I was playing 888 or PS , many tables and no problem . With ACR ( and Bwin ) it's a nightmare !!!!!!!!

The application only works on ios on androids does not work, as I understand it, I did not find an application for a mobile device on my old Samsung

Yesterday I played a mobile freeroll ($3,500). It was hard to finish. The application crashes very often. You have to exit the tournament and re-enter almost all the time to continue playing. Without fixing this problem, playing for money is a big risk.

Works ok for me on my Android phone so far

I just gave it a first try, can't even login because the login button seems not to work. Android 13 and One UI 5.1. Anyone else has the same issue?

If someone encounters the same problem: I had to modify my password because certain special characters caused the issue.

The App is now a lot more stable, i dont get disconnected anymore.

That being said the app is still pretty bad abd without options. The most mindblowing feature is that u can not leave the app to check passwords and come back if you already started to write part of the password. What u already wrote will disappear and then you have to write the whole password again. So basically u need another phone or write the password somewhere first if you can not remember all the letters in one step. Copypaste is also not an option.

True experts they have their in their team who know exactly what their customers want and need it seems 🥴

Yeah it's pretty bad. I don't play at ACR anymore but I was bored yesterday so I decided to see if ACR had a mobile app now, and it did. But you can't customize it. The desktop version is very good. Don't get me wrong. However, the mobile version is flat out confusing and hard to see.

No ability to change card colors, table colors, add avatar or even see players' avatars (everyone uses the same generic avatar). No options to auto muck or wait for big blind to play, etc. The settings function only has a few options I think. Needs a ton of work.

Does anyone have a problem log in to ACR mobile app?
It constantly tells me that the email and password are wrong - I wrote to ACR support... nothing has been resolved yet...

The application of ACR on mobile has not been good

I tried for about an hour to find a private freeroll last Sunday on the mobile app with no luck. I even knew the tourney ID number but I still couldn't find it so I think it was not possible.

I am still unable to log in to ACR through the mobile application...
I exchanged 7 emails with their technical support and got some ok questions and some like - what is the amount of my first deposit - who the hell will know, 7-8y ago, etc...
How much money have I got in my account right now + did I have tickets (I know exactly what I "left" there...)

I got 12 questions - they said one of them is not right, maybe that deposit amount...and now 4 days later they ignore me!

Later this evening I'm going to send them another mail!

The acr mobile app is truly shockingly bad. Mobile has been around for so long now. How is it that a reputable site hasnt developed a professional looking and working mobile app.

They fix my problem, I can log in, but is nothing special lol...

Longtime overdue.. App is a must thesedays.. Especially for recreational players..
