No, they could not explain what was wrong with my numerous photos of document.
Not sure, I would contact their support. Also bear in mind you cannot withdraw straight to Coinbase and can lose your funds that way, you have to withdraw to a wallet like Exodus and then to Coinbase to convert.VictorOd said:No, they could not explain what was wrong with my numerous photos of document.
I lost £60 of a £200 deposit while Coinbase decided today an account verification having taken the deposit and locked the money on for 3 days not in my native currency but in Litecoin I was trying to purchase while it plummeted, I would never had lost this sum with a regular fiat purchase. I was going mad watching it fall and they would not do anything with it until 3 days were up not accepting my ID but not justifying why they would not accept it but automatically accepting it after 3 days.infonazar said:Why do you think cryptocurrencies are unreliable?
They are no less reliable than any payment systems that exist today. Any payment system can cease operations at any time.
I have been withdrawing money from poker sites in cryptocurrency since 2017, and I have never had any problems. Moreover, it is fast, secure, and much cheaper than any payment system. You are simply unfamiliar with this area, so you are scared and afraid of what you do not know.
As for high commissions, you have been misled, that's not the case. High commissions do happen, but it can literally be a few days a year. If you know what you are doing, cryptocurrencies are probably the most convenient option for withdrawing funds.
This is very difficult to believe. ACR Poker have been around for many years, and most of us had no problems verifying our accounts there. Regardless of the reason nobody can help you with this other than ACR Poker support. Best of luck.VictorOd said:No, they could not explain what was wrong with my numerous photos of document.

They had frozen my funds when I tried to make a cryprocurrency cashout. So my $70 CC prizes and $65 of other funds are stuck there. Any ideas if someone might help with KYC/verification there?
Thank You! I'll try.Zorba said:
What do you mean with "separating player data from their pokerroom software?" That sounds like a rigged theory to me and honestly whenever i hear people say "this room comes closest to live poker" i have to chuckle because online Poker and live poker are 2 completely different forms of poker basically. So that statement does not make any sense and is mostly made by people who ran well over a short period of time somewhere.Chebchoub said:@Sunz of Beaches It's true that ACR doesn't prioritize visual effects, colors, or flashy displays, but it does focus on separating player data from the poker room software, which I find truly unique, much like live poker.
I believe there are many casinos that resemble a pool hall, or perhaps even less elaborate, but they are packed with players every day.

No, this is conspiracy stuff for thin foil hatters who do not understand how all of this works. Good luck to you too u will definitely need it no matter the site👍Chebchoub said:Online poker software might penalize you for an intentional or unintentional mistake with days or hours of badbeats and consecutive losses.
These aren't theories or conspiracy theories; this is a reality you have to accept. The amount of water in the sea can be estimated, but it can't be calculated precisely. Try to understand.Sunz of Beaches said:No, this is conspiracy stuff for thin foil hatters who do not understand how all of this works. I recommend you to visit the cardschat 30 days beginner course if you have any intention in understanding how this whole thing works. Doubt there us much hope but u could try.Chebchoub said:These aren't theories or conspiracy theories; this is a reality you have to accept. Yes, I hope I have luck, whether live or online😁
I deposited a few times with crypto and it was very easy for me, I am someone not well versed in the crypto world so to be easy means a lot! I dont remember the exact amount I was charged by it was small per $100. I used different cryptos, eth litecoin etc.. it was always fast within a couple mins. Never had a problem and the bonus was applied immediately. But this is just my experience with them with crypto but I have a couple other issues with ACR that I really dont want to get into now!🤔🤫🙄VictorOd said:Hi! I don't want to create new thread.
Cryptocurrencies are complicated unreliable things with high fees (so called gas). I found out that ACR can withdraw USDT, but only ERC-20 (Ethereum network) with high gas. Which currency to choose than? Litecoin?
I was recommended to stay away from Bitcoin and Ethereum with small transactions.
Then you need to find a person/organization who can convert crypto into real fiat money. And often they require verification (KYC - Know Your Customer).
Another option - player to player transfers are not reliable and conversion/exchange rate is bad usually.
So how do you cashout from ACR? Share your experience please.
