Ok, it's not garbage. I still play there, but I have had some site crashes during reasonably significant hands and I'm mad ok? lol. It's been good for a while now. Hopefully that continues.

We appreciate you and WPN/ACR taking time to address concerns and to pass along our ideas, problems or whatever the case may be to WPN.

I hope you return to this thread and address peoples issues and concerns or ideas once again. As there seems to be a lot of them.

Try dl'ing again, perhaps it will give you a reason why, like maybe your geo location is no longer supported....

There is a bug that forces re-entry if the table breaks/closes while the 're-enter or leave' pop-up is onscreen. It has happened to me twice in satellites (insignificant amount).

Follow-up: been in the same situation twice since but wasn't re-entered. Only difference, it was my first chance to re-enter and the bug occurred after I already had.

...and forced to re-enter again. Same as before, forced after a second bullet, not on first opportunity.

Yeah the software isn't the greatest and needs vast improvement. I just wish they could figure out how to keep players connected to their servers first.

Cannot access the web site either! Connection times out.
Tried pinging the site but no packets received back.
Will have to contact support´, who will most likely say the problem is with my isp, or something similar...

Server connection much better for me the last few days.

The client still opens but will not connect.
Can access the web site now, the various pages; promotions, tournaments, etc
But the download still times out.

They still only addressed the software which is nice, but it's ETA is 3-4 months away which is hardly worth getting excited over.

I agree, coming from a software dev background myself, don't hold your breath especially if it is black hole development that closes the door on any and all feature requests or bug reports, you can forget that they would address anything on your list of qualms.

Considering that it costs nothing to at least have an issue tracker and accept ongoing requests regardless of whether you actually plan on addressing any of them or not, at least it gives the impression that you give a fuk. Rather dissapointing to say the least...

I think he actually said, or someone else quoted another thread, that we can shove our comments, whether bug reports or feature requirements, where the sun don't shine until the next release. I agree...

I noticed today that pop-ups showed up on the table frequently. It's about the freebuy tourney/million dollar tourney etc... I started likeing this room but this can change if AC starts using these pop-ups just like party poker does. It's the MOST ANNOYING thing in online poker when you cant get rid of these popups and you just dont care whats on them and they cover stacks, pot size and cards...so I advise not to use them. If you wanna develop, go to Pokerstars and do what they do, cos PS is the best room now with the best lobby and table themes (and no popups there of course).
