ACR and BCP are my favorite sites to play on however recently there have been a lot of lagging issues where it will freeze and the buttons to fold or call dont even pop up the time bank will come on and eventually force me to fold a hand that i did not want to fold and end up costing me huge pots

Sorry about the issue we had last night, it was an ISP interruption that caused to suspend all running tournaments. After a few minutes, when the problem got fixed, all tournaments were resumed. Please let me know if you had any more issues.

Hi, please be so kind and tell me what is the issue you are having when you try to contact our CS department so I can assist you.

Regarding the mobile application, our Tech department is currently working on this to release it soon as possible. Once I have an update I will let you know on this Official Thread and also on our official website.

I checked your tournament history with the tournament department and we do not see that you played that tournament, are you referring to "Manic Monday - $1,000 GTD" at what time you played that tournament? We need more specific details so the tournament department can check this matter.

I didnt play this week. But what Im trying to say, is That Registration closes earlier than what it suppose to. It says 25 levels of Registration, but it closes at 23. i mean unless its lag on my end. Not sure.

Hey ACR, what in the heck is going on with all the freeze ups on the site. Today alone I have missed out on the opportunities to build a nice little bankroll (just about $150). But when I am in the position and have great cards BANG there it goes freezing up. and by the time it (RECONFIGURES) I have lost most of my chipstack that I had already in the blasted pot. Not to mention the freezeups in the middle of the MOSS,and MDS tourneys. Man this really gets under my skin. I for one will have to think long and hard before play cash here again.

Hi, I checked with the Tournament department the levels, reviewed the gameplay and we do see that the tournament is correctly set up. It does have 25 levels of late registration. We do not have any other reports regarding this situation. However, if you see that happens again please take a picture or a video and send it to [email protected]
