Having a bunch of trouble with the client/site right now....

Come on ACR!!! I don't get to play that much....site has been buggy last two days, was 1st in a tourney and it got suspended...was in top 20 in a Freeroll, again...have been trying to log into cash games on and off all day..they start...they stop...they disappear.....come on guys!!!!!

Yep - that sucks, but what I know of dDoS is they should be able to route off the traffic and or block the injections. Seems odd they are having so many issues resolving the situation.

By not asking the ACR rep what the PRIVATE CardsChat Password is, the password will be released where it always is and if you can see it then you can register with it.

The game is not until tomorrow, the password has not been released yet.

Don't speak what you don't know . I have sent PM's to admin before about PW thieves and the sites they use . I do not need to get it elsewhere as I am member of FR club . I was simply letting admin know so they could let ACR know what happened . I noticed alot of people registered for it so it seemed strange

65 players are registered for our 7pm rescheduled game tonight OSS .
I tried to use our old password from Aug 31st and it doesnt work ...HELP and thanks for at least a reschedule.

PS after reading post i looked for email got it used the pass inside and was able to register....anyone else. I did register from thesame one i reistered for the first game...if that helps.

I wonder if our gate crashers also got thhe email?

well i registered for thhe daily 10 freeroll with 230 people in itand there are 3 others with less people they dont run till 270..nothing is runnindin freerolls

PS so i just went back to check the tourneys/gammes to see if they were running and my site is gone/closed ..i'm tring to reboot it...sigh ok this is weird

Finally talked to a live agent, ha ha ha what a joke... Said they are working on it. Asked if it would be hours, days, weeks, or months to resolve the problem. They stated hours. Then I came back with thats what they said last night 14 hours ago...And no response on facebook or twitter for their customers. Then I get can you please hold I have many chats in queue!!! Just lost a customer ACR!! Now I know why I only played live poker!!

ok just looked the 270 player freeroll i registered for is gone ..we must have reached 270 the other 2 are still there registering.

The DDOS attack has been mitigated. Cash game and tournaments are up. Will keep you guys posted.

ACR will not open today for me. Says coordinating or aligning or some such and nothing else happens, won't allow sign-in. Similar to recent BCP problems. Why can't y'all fix this, give us a workaround or a way to download a new ACR and BCP that work. I smell the hand of the intrusive US Feds on this hacking ...

So they don't care about us who can't access? They're not working to fix or give us a workaround? That's neither fair nor professional. Shame on ACR/BCP/ETC. ... (And thank you very much Colbear for the info, at least someone cares about us left in the dark!)
