All of the renegade sites have the same anti-player policies making withdrawals like your's very difficult. Some would freeze your account and steal your money simply for trying or asking.

ACR will not take your funds. They simply won't give them back. I mean, really. What is the difference?

Once trapped by a site into depositing you are locked into trying to win your money back to where you can make a withdrawal. All of these supposedly large tourneys with huge payoffs and no way to get to the money if you win. For example, one limit is $3,000 once every 3 months. Win $150,000 and it takes 13 years to withdraw it. Stupid. I am guessing that is why so many play freerolls.

Crap like this keeps us all scared of trusting these unlicensed, unregulated poker sites. What keeps them from being player friendly? Nothing but their own greed. They do not want to pay.

See how much trouble you are having to get to YOUR $21.00? You were told to get bent. They are not giving you your money.

Be very careful, folks. Landmines. All of these sites have no one telling them to be honest with YOUR money.

GL and God bless. Some of us have no other options. Sounds like you do. Would never even consider these if I could join 888 or Pokerstars. As it is, freerolls are all I am playing now. :D

John thank you for speaking up.I don't trust sites with large amounts of money...$500+.I want an explanation for the limits.People trusted lock poker, full tilt, absolute,UB etc.

Was wondering if it is possible to log in from two different accounts from the same computer? I have been playing on ACR for a while now and recently my dad wanted to start playing, we have a second computer but it is very slow in comparison to the main desktop. Is it possible to do this or will there be IP complications?

Thanks

Hi, tell him that he is totally welcome to play on our site, just for security reasons our Security department ask for some documents (those documents are the same we ask for cash outs) he can send them here [email protected]

Thank you very much for your preference!

That's not very convenient for me, since I don't have any friends who play on ACR. I fiirst decided to try out ACR, because I wanted to test a variety of poker clients. I thought I could deposit a small amount, like $20, and withdraw it if I didn't like the site (which all comes down to personal preferences, such as "the feel" of the client). If I had known this, I wouldn't have deposited in the first place. Sure, it's not that much, but it's enough for me to want it back.

Hello, I spoke with the Cash Out Supervisor, he called you but got no answer. It's very urgent to get in touch with you so they can help you with this. We need to coordinate when we can give you the call or when you can call us at 1-877-314-4195.

Play on Ignition poker. Each game you are in you are assigned a random number. Makes it impossible to track anyone for more than one game. No names or icons. Bovada is using the same client in the same network now and has the same software as Ignition poker.

GL and God bless.

I already play on Ignition. Also, I figured out the answer to my question.

Why do you charge $27.50USD to deposit crypto currencies? You say on your saite it is for miner fees, but if you know anything about crypto, fees are nothing like this, especially for like XRP. What a joke!

What is there to love? The constant bad beats, the late entry rewarding of players, the 27$ fee to deposit, the 100USD minimum deposit, the ability to not do a deal on FT, bad plays getting chocolates at 40% instead of 4%, the very bad player reward points scheme where it takes you 3 years to earn any rake back or just the fact it is totally unregulated and can close down at any moment?
Yer its fantastic.

Please be aware that our Crypto deposit system it's configured as "Priority Fees" meaning that your deposit won`t be delayed due to any sort of confirmations.
As an alternative BTC deposit carry no fee.

Thank you ACR!

I have to say, I'm very pleased with ACR and the way they run things! I would be the 1st to voice my complaints if need be. Customer service is top notch, love the software, love the stability, love that they accept Bitcoin, just here to say thank you for running a decent operation!

Why don't you have deepstack tables? Why is there no back button on the hand replayer? Why don't you copy pokerstars more with features that add fun and value to the product but cost literally almost nothing??

So priority on a free transacting network suddenly costs 27buks?

It's been roughly 10 months since ACR's hand history has been disabled for MAC USERS. My HUD does not work because of this so I've been using my wife's PC to play on ACR but this sucks because I primarily use my MAC laptop for everything but I don't like playing without my HUD that I paid Money for.

ACR_Rep can you please look into when the Hand History will be available for MAC Users?

This probably has to do with the increase in value of BTC in the last few weeks. You pay miner fees in order to get your transaction confirmed as part of a block. The higher the fee, the higher the priority will be. (So transactions aren't actually free when paying with BTC. You're paying fees to the miners.)

This is why I don't want to use BTC anymore, but it doesn't have anything to do with ACR. The price of BTC is just insane and it makes BTC impractical. Steam has stopped accepting BTC for the exact same reason.

I'm really sorry about that, if you check our website, we already launched our mobile application, this one also works for iPhones or Tablets, you can play Sit n Gos and Jackpots. Soon we will add tournaments and more games.

Also, our Development team is working on our V2 project, our CEO spoke about this a few months ago.

Hello, we do have a back button on the hand replayer button menu and regarding the deep stack tables, I passed this suggestion to the tournaments department.

It has a button labeled "back" when it functions as a reverse button. You need a back button that shows previous hands not just the last hand. Full Tilt had a very good hand replayer.

Na sorry man, it is ACR ripping it's customers off by charging ludicrous fees to deposit not Bitcoin, but currencies like Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash. These networks miner's fees are nothing or a few cents per transaction yet ACR want to charge you 27.50USD to deposit using these, saying it is the miner's fees. LOL, yer so everyone in the entire world except for ACR can transact on these networks for a dime but ACR strangely get fees of 27buks, ROLFMFARO. Oh look, there's a pig up there in the clouds.

Not true. And certainly not just a WPN thing. What is true is that those miner's fees are turning into more of a profit motive for those who run the computers on the blockchain.
Those fees will kill BTC before very long as it becomes more expensive to use BTC anywhere.

I haven't owned BTC long enough to know for sure, but something changed drastically right after I bought my first BTC in the first days of Dec 2017.

If the value of BTC diminishes enough, it could easily crash out of existence, because it has lost any value it had to bypass traditional money channels.
