I'm glad to have this ability of this forum to talk to an ACR rep. One more thing, I often have trouble with disconnecting on your site(and I see it happen to many others as well). Can you look into strengthening your server? Thanks again!

You can't 'strengthen' a server like you can a cell or radio signal. If you are at home, and using wifi, you might consider getting a wifi 'extender'. That helped me a lot.

Or, upgrade beyond dial up????? :burnout:

Thanks for the suggestion. I have crappy dish internet, that's probably the problem. I will look into a wifi extender as I'm across our yard from the main house where it's at.

Money Gram deposit

Hi, I deposited using money gram and it has been "processing" for over 32 hours. I used the live chat feature and the rep indicated that it may take 4 days to process. He then suggested that I use P2P for a quicker deposit. My understanding is that Money Gram is P2P, so I thought I would double check his estimate of 4 days. Is that correct?

I'm really sorry about that, if you check our website, we already launched our mobile application, this one also works for iPhones or Tablets, you can play Sit n Gos and Jackpots. Soon we will add tournaments and more games.


Also, our Development team is working on our V2 project, our CEO spoke about this a few months ago.

When I visit the mobile site I can see Jackpots and Sit N Go 2.0 as my only options. I think Jackpots is a cash game, not sure. Is this correct?

possible cheating at ACR

I was playing cash game last night. ill just say how the hand went and if anyone thinks I'm crazy please tell me becuz at this point I'm 100% sure I was cheated. I filed a report with support but that was a joke. I have 7c8c the villain?cheater has 7d8d. I raise preflop and get called in 3 spots. flop is 9d 2d 10c I bet the villain calls turn is 2c. I bet. villain calls. river is 5h. I'm 1st to act and shove all in for more than a full buy-in he doesn't think for one second and snap calls with 8 high for a split pot. what????? called an all in shove on river in pos with 8 high. am I missing something?? so support tells me they reviewed the hand and didn't see anything strange that sorry I was having a bad run of cards and I quote Ty S. the manager tells me hey at least you didn't lose any money. please could I have some insight from a poker player? I've played 4000 hands on ACR in the last 2 days. after last night Im out on playing at ACR. between feeling like I was cheated then belittled by support basically acted like I was retarded ill go play else where. I know I've deposited over 2000 this year on ACR too. you would think they valued they're customers a little more than this

Our mobile App works for both so don't worry (Android or iphone) At this moment we only have available Jackpots and Sit n Go's 2.0. But very soon we will add MTTs and more games very soon. And yes, Jackpots are cash games.
