My friends think it's a firewall issue or something. Appearantly it's some sort of port problem with the acr software. The problem occurs at the login screen. I get a wrong password error but my password was correct.
I tried alot of remedies such as turning off Malwarebytes and my antivirus.

are you part of the revolution group you dont seem to have the traffic to support the guarantee tournys. also i like to play o8 and 7stud to relax from hold em but i never see a game going or a tourny for that matter

I've often wondered how they cover the tourneys. especially these million dollar ones they haven't yet cleared and run 6 weeks straight hmm

Hello, no it wasn't ignored, actually the same day you posted it I sent this to the department in charge for review, they sent me the response today:


1- Sometimes when my internet gets disconnected and im multi tabling when i logging back one of the tables will be frozen for ever, at first i didn't realize this and it cost me to lose all my chips in a tournament.


This happens due to your internet connection.

2-Sometimes after i take an action and switch to another table the last one keep blinking yellow and i go back and its not my turn again, that really bothers me.


Thank you for the feedback, this is the first time we hear about it. Could you please be so kind and let us know how many tables you have open when this happens?

3-We need to be able to customize our betting buttons.


Could you please be so kind and let us know what do you mean by customized? More information would appreciate it.

1-Lets say im playing 4 tables and something happens and i disconnect (this happens very rarely) 3 tables would resume normal and 1 would be frozen for ever until i restart ACR.


2- It happens at 2 or more tables, i play 2-6 tables on ACR at any given time, im not sure if it happens with just one table open, i will try it.


3- Be able to customize the betting buttons eg: instead of 1/4 2/4 3/4, i would like to be able to Put 3BB, 4BB, 6BB pre flop and after the flop they should change to 50% 70% 100% or any percentage the player chooses to, keep the allin button at all streets.

Thank you for your reply. I am not ready to cash out but it is good to know these things in advance. I have a couple concerns I would also like your advice on. First, I recently moved but haven't changed my drivers license over to my new state as I don't work and my license is still valid. Would I have to change it to my new state to be certified? Secondly, I am older, do not work, and live with my son so I do not pay the utility bills. Would a copy of my sons bill along with his statement that he pays the bills be alright or would I have to put one in my name? Thank you again for your help, you guys rock!

I used to play here around a year ago the on demand freerolls all the time, but then the server blocked me and I haven't been able to get in ever since. Even if I uninstall, download the new version from the website and reinstall. Is it because I live in America?

I live in Ohio. I joined ACR in late 2017 and have played there ever since. America is not the issue.

Some states can be blocked because of state law. Which state do you live in? Check it out below:

Oh okay, now I understand...pretty weird, the system normally back up without any issues when someone has a connectivity issue, it loads fast.

Yes, soon as you can change it to your new address (state). Because we need a legal document where our Security team can make sure you are the owner of the account.

Unfortunately no, this does not work. We need to have a copy of a document under your name.

I f that is the case, then your best bet is to give the ACR rep your info (ID# and screen name at ACR)... NOT YOUR PASSWORD...

He is the only one in a position there to find out if it is ACR that is stopping you.

OK ACR rep or John316, here's what happens when I try to run ACR. This message pops up: C:\Program Files\AmericasCardroom\AmericasCardroom.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
Can you help me troubleshoot this?

My computer is a 64bit MSDos running Win7.

Sounds like you have the ACR 64 bit version installed on yours that is a 32 bit machine. My advice. Uninstall the ACR software and download the ACR installer from their website. RESTART your computer after uninstall BEFORE reinstalling new download.

Exit any other programs that are running before installing that are not needed. Browsers, too. Run the installer with ADMIN privileges.

This installer should choose the right version for your computer. FOLLOW the prompts. It will update after installing. My update process stalled. I closed the program and restarted my computer. Then I ran ACR poker client and it finished updating.

You will get an email with a verification code you need to enter before logging on the first time. You say you are already a member, then it may skip this step.
