Hello everyone, I was off yesterday. I already checked all the comments regarding the downtime we had yesterday. Everything should be fine now but, if you still have issues let me know.

Our Million Dollar Sunday has provided great value to players, $277k in combined overlays the last two weeks. The next one is Sunday at 2pm ET and we’re awarding 50 seats ($265 value each) tonight at 7:30pm ET via our $33 buy-in Mega Satellite.

There is a structure played at the Bicycle Club here in L.A. that they call a Quantum Reload. It is hard to describe. It is a rebuy but with a twist. There are 6 hours of registration;
Early registration gets in cheap. 2 hours later the registration fee goes up, but the amount of chips one gets also goes up. 2 more hours and both go up again, and that level of registration lasts 2 hours.

The changing entry and chip stack seems to overcome the nasty aspects of really late registration as we see in the WPN events. Really late registration online means you only get a very few BB's when you buy in (or re-buy) late. This obviously discourages LR or rebuys.

The Quantum Reload concept makes it so you almost get the same ratio of BB's per blind level if you register late, as you would if you help start the game. This (not so obviously) actually encourages LR.

They seem to alway cover the guarantee.

http://thebike.com/pdf/tournaments_daily/Quantum%20Reload%20Saturday.pdf

They have shorter Quantum Reloads with only 3 hours of LR.

With WPN being short on covering the guaranteed big games this year, I'm concerned it will suffer big time before they re-think the whole thing.

Notes I observed when I played the QR;
-I started at the beginning.
-The field was slow to grow.
-I re-bought as an add-on just before the fees went up. Almost everyone did that.
-After that first tier, the field continued to grow. The new arrivals got almost the same ratio of BB/blind levels as I did when I helped start that tourney. But they paid more to get in. They started with a bigger stack than I did. But with my cheaper re-buy before the tier changed, I was still ahead of them, but they were having no compunction to do anything rashly. I thought at the time it was a decent trade-off.
-I played the 3 tier version, and the same thing happened at the next change, where re-buys were at the tier 2 level. -The tier 3 newbies paid more, got more and again, they felt no compunction to be rash. I busted out somewhere in there and didn't rebuy.

I remember thinking the the structure was a great solution to the LR issues we see at all tourneys with uncomfortably long LR.

Another way to look at it is that is sort of a Satellite to itself. Like I said, it is hard to describe. Kudo's to those who figured it out. The Bike holds the Patent on it I believe.

FYI....ACR refunded all my tournie entries that were disrupted.

That is how it should be!

ACR Rep - Last night (1-27-18) I played a freeroll for push subscribers that awarded seats 1-9 a seat into the MDS and seats 10-18 a seat into a satellite for the MDS. I went out 7th, but I have not been pre-registered nor do I have a tournament ticket in my Ticket Manager. Do I need to do something / email someone?

I guess I was a little impatient, I have been registered.

Y are the clients so different on mac v windows

I feel like you need micro jackpots and sit n go 2.0's that are like 25 cents or something like that. Also acr needs to have a better mac client there mac client is nothing compared to the windows client.

Thank you for the suggestion, meanwhile, we do have the mobile application that works for android and mac and looks pretty similar to the desktop. We will add more games in the future. You can check it here https://www.americascardroom.eu/

Our exciting #OSSCub3d returns February 25th to March 25th. It is three consecutive tourney series with a whopping $15,000,000 GTD in prize pools.

There will also be three separate leaderboard competitions, more details coming soon

I signed up for ACR at the beginning of December and have not deposited or withdrawn. I noticed yesterday that my account has the wrong birth date (day is wrong). Is there a simple way to correct this?

Hello! Yes, no worries. Please contact our CS department via live chat or phone so they can do the update for you. For security reasons, the system does not allow to update the date of birth on the application.

Thanks for the (very fast) reply.

I had actually tried Live Chat before asking here, but it timed out while I was holding.

Phone call sorted it out. Apparently there is a glitch and many accounts show an incorrect birth date by one day and "it's nothing to worry about".

If you have any other questions or need help just let me know! 🙂 I'll be here.

If I deposit via Neteller when I am ready can I withdraw via another method like Ecopayz or Bitcoin or am I bound to withdraw back to Neteller?

For this specific cases, yes you should withdrawal with Neteller (this only apply for Neteller/Skrill).

I would recommend you that before you do the withdrawal, check with the Cash out department so they can tell you if you are able to cash out with another method.

Unless I'm missing them are there any 45/90 man micro sngs? If not, would they be popular enough to have scheduled?

Hello, we have a lot of minimum micro Sit&Goes with 2-4-6-9 players but we do not have 45/90. Check in the lobby "Sit & Goes" Click on All to check them all.

They have the .50c + .05c on demand $25 gtd tournaments. Looking in the lobby they seem to get about 100 players, which isn't exactly what you were looking for, but kind of close to a 90 person SnG, I think.

Leaderboards

How do I view the leaderboards on ACR? Not that I'm winning yet, lol. Thanks!

Hello! Which specific Leaderboard do you want to check? So I can let you know.

Leaderboards

I was wanting to look at the freeroll leaderboards. I suggest that you have a button on the main lobby that can go to any and all leaderboards. Thanke for your help!
