How do you get this installed? I've downloaded the software from their site 5 times and it just crashes each time I try to click new account. Then asks to close the program. Any help would be appreciated. Windows 10

The client updated the other day when I started it. Now, it will not or can not update. And it gives me a message that my current version is old and that I need to download and reinstall it. What is going on?


I don't feel like jumping through these kind of hoops for a site that will not schedule double up and triple up SnG's. I will not deposit because of this one thing. I play freerolls and ignore the rest. Right now I spend more time on Ignition and SportsBetting playing in the SnG's mentioned above.


I feel like this might be a waste of my time as well. Your last update killed the updater and you expect us to fix it by uninstalling, downloading and reinstalling this buggy client?


I will think about it while you decide whether to tell us the truth behind this current problem.

11:42 AM and the client loads however none of the tabs or buttons respond in any way. Can not do anything.

I finally got a response from the poker client and update ran correctly. Just started it 5 minutes ago. Running ok again. I definitely missed the downtime warning. MY BAD.


How about those double up and triple up SnG's? Is it even being seriously considered? Not holding my breath. Just spending a lot of my time on a competitor's site.
