Okay, I am a bonehead. Recently, I posted a situation that could have been avoided if I only paid attention to what I was looking at...The sign in for ACR requires the email, not screen name and so, I kept trying to sing in with my screen name and it would not let me.


But, the customer service people did not even suggest that could be the problem and I contacted them multiple times live and email, all with the same response basically and none of them mentioning anything about the sign in requirements.


I finally looked closer, I mean all the other sites I have used always required the screen name, silly me.

I'm really sorry about that, I sent this feedback to the customer's department. Let me know if you need help or have any question.

I just got into an argument with ACR abut them not honoring the points system. They said since I'm receiving rakeback I'm not eligible for the "Elite points system." They decided to stick to their guns. :/

I think you are confusing a little bit the things. The rewards and rakeback program work independently, for example, If you are in the Rakeback program you cant be on the Elite program and the other way around.

To ACR Rep Software Suggestions

Sir, don't know if these apply to ACR but pretty sure at least one does.

I have played only on Carbon, Ignition, and Bovada but have observed these things that need fixing.

#1-the easy one. Make the Check/Fold button work. On the above sites it doesn't.

#2-not so easy. If I'm signing up for a full ring game DON'T put me at a table with LESS THAN 5 players. Nothing more frustrating than looking for a fairly full table and sitting down in a head to head game. At a live casino I'd be on a wait list. That's OK by me.

#3-the hard one. I respect players that are playing multiple tables BUT they slow the play at MY table. Slow Play=Less Casino Profit!
Solution- when it's your turn to play, provide a a "I'm Here" button. If not hit in 10 seconds that player is skipped. If hit, action continues normally. It does not affect his time to make his play.
This would speed up the play without affecting the time necessary to make your decision.
Faster Play=Higher Casino Profit!

I don't have the exact time frame but our Development team is working hard to release more games, including tournaments, features and more soon.

And welcome windows to sites I cannot even become a member much less enjoy a promotion. The ACR "sword" usage is too broad here and this answer shows it's not only an inconvenience but a wasteful exercise for your company. You also didn't address any issues from the past in this last response, The rep if that be you before this response did not address any previous responses to any satisfaction much less understanding.

We are aware of the minimum seats preference issue and it`s scheduled to be fixed in further software updates.

Can we get some progressive KO's or Bounty Builder tournaments. I haven't seen these at micro stakes but they would be fun.

Inactive players all-ins late in tournaments should be auto-muck and out of tournament.

i enjoy ACR

I enjoy ACR. the only few things i don't care i think that there is a lot of bots on the website there is a lot of people just sit out. the levels for the 10 dollar free rolls is 10 min. i think it should be 5 min. since they like to take a 5 min break through the late registered they go from 200 hundred some people to over 3 hundred some people or more. and for there buy in tourneys some of them have 5 hour late registry to me that should be cut down has well.

I have overall enjoyed ACR very much...Have a few friends iv told to join since i've joined....the only real problem i ever see is; When someone bets it doesn't change the amount in your "pre call selection".. it'll say call 80 if thats the blind, but then some1 raises to 500, it still says call 80...its a rare occasion i check a prebet...but i have checked that box before and called way more than the option said, i wished i had paid better attention, just feel its something that ACR isnt aware of

Hi, you should have 3 pre-bet options:

"Call $X.xx" amount which will call the latest action (Bet / Raise) if bet change this option will be disabled
"Call ANY" or "Check/Call ANY" in this case regardless of the action change you will still match the new bet

Let me explain to you how it works, some satellites for example can give you tournament tickets (these ones are ONLY for tournaments in specific) or tournament bucks (You can use them in any tournament) the system automatically will give you the tournament ticket/bucks, you don't have to do anything to get them, just play in any game that gives you tournament tickets/bucks.

Hey there Dude,
I had the same issue on my laptop running Windows 7. I went to the Live Chat feature on the website and they KEPT telling me my system NEEDED to be updated. I already had 3 other Poker Clients downloaded and running on the laptop. I tried to explain it to the Live Chat person buy they kept giving me, what seemed to be, an automated response to update my operating system..

After trying to convince ACR's Live Chat for almost 30 minutes that my system MET their requirments....I just logged off.

I TELEPHONED them using the phone number on the contact page and the person on the other end walked me right through the process of adjusting my System Settings, and THE PROGRAM DOWNLOADED...and ran great. cguru::congrats::congrats::top::top::rock:

I SUGGEST calling the phone number and seeing if they can't help you out. It worked for me, and only took about 15 minutes with the person on the phone helping me.

Why does hand-for-hand in tournaments start with 3 left to bust instead of 1?
