Hi guys,

You asked and we listened. The wait is over. Literally. Forget about waiting 3 hours for late registration to close. With Gone in 60 Minutes Tournaments, late registration closes in just 60 minutes. That means fewer shots at re-entries and more thrills for diehard players.

Check the entire schedule here: http://www.americascardroom.eu/online-poker-promotions/gone-in-60-minutes/

Hello,

thank you for the message, but I'm sorry, I'm not able to read the screenshots no matter how much I zoom in. Would you be so kind to send me a private message so I can give you an email address so you can send them?

For those experiencing time outs and disconnects while playing in tournament games at ACR, here is a workaround I discovered.

As soon as you realize that you are frozen, go to the main lobby, and click on the "Game Info - My Tournaments" dropdown at the top of the screen. You'll see your table(s) listed there - click on it, and then click "Go to tourney". You may need to click "Leave My Table" first for it to work, but if you do it fast enough, you'll get right back in before missing a beat.

This unfortunately does not work for Cash games, I'm still trying to figure out how to manage that one. However, I have not been disconnected from games in the past two days, so perhaps they're working on it.

Thanks S3mper, I'll give this a try.

It's sad that we're doing these things. The methods can work with varying success in my experience. The most difficult part of using this method is knowing when someone is timing down, or when you are disconnected. The appearance of the client on screen is the same in either case.

Yup - I have to worry every time I see some one timing down.

The biggest complaint from WPN and non WPN users is the software. She needs an upgrade to become extremely successful.

I have just started playing on ACR and like it. I don't know if this has been mentioned in the prior posts (9 previous pages) so I am going to ask about it anyway.

On a number of other sites, PokerStars, Full Tilt and Bovada, which I have played on, they have a rapid table game site, ie: zoom poker on Poker Stars, rush poker on Full Tilt and zone poker on Bovada. Does ACR have any plan to add this type of game to its site?

Thanks.

I contacted ACR support last night after for help depositing via chat. They were rude and unhelpful again. After I had tried 3 different deposit methods to no avail, I contacted support. I asked if they could help me, and they said "unfortuanately one of the payment methods you tried is not available, sorry" and they terminated chat without waiting for my response. Before I could take a screenshot, which I do every time because they NEVER EMAIL YOU THE CHAT LOGS WHEN YOU REQUEST THEM, they kicked the screen to a survey. This is the first time they have actually been so rude and incompetent that it actually pissed me off. Note to ACR support: Hanging up on people in live chat is rude.

Yeah I hear you Scooper. I enjoy playing on ACR for sure but having the tourney table freeze a lot and super long late reg periods can be very annoying.

I've only had to interact with live chat one time so can't really give a solid opinion on that one.

I think one successful method people were using (and still might be) is/was Netspend reloadable visa. I know some of their fees gouge you a bit but it's definitely one method to get some cash on there. I've been able to load some money at a local CVS or gas station and been successful depositing in the past year.

Good luck!

Yeah I can see how that'd come in handy, sir.

For me, I just play with all observer and player chat off. Helps me to think and make my donk plays in peace. = p

you can change the Table background and cards layouts by going to the Option tab (poker client) and then click n Table Options, there simply select the Themes tab and you should be able to select the ones you want. Every now and then we add more and more themes to it.
