I'm still getting my SB lost in late registration for some tournaments... This is really wrong and it's not fixed yet.

Hi,

If my husband and I want to play in the same tournaments but we share the same IPS address is that allowed?

Thx
You are kidding, right? Break out a dictionary and read the definition of "collusion". That will answer your question.

Honestly, this is exactly why I refuse to deposit. Too much of this being ignored on almost every site. The risk of being cheated is too high to validate the risk.

That is my opinion. For what it is worth. :(

Freerolls?

I've been on ACR for some time. I have yet to see a Freeroll. There is a tab for such available, but I have yet to see one. What's up with that?

Collusion, chip dumping & team play are ok in ACR MTT's?

You are able to play in a MTT. If you want to play in a SnG or a headsup that's not possible, our security system will block the accounts and will not let you play on those type of games. Also in this case, both of you should have the accounts certify before playing as a normal security procedure. You can check here the documentation that you should send via email to [email protected]

Seriously? So, what happens when they are both at the same table in the MTT as you have just given them permission to do? And if they both make it to the final table? Sitting side by side just enjoying their play & hands together? Your site has been criticised in the recent past for lax security. Do you really want to publicly go on record as stating that ACR by policy allows collusion by couples in their MTT's?

WOW! I am stunned by this admission. Not surprised though. Money is money. All I can say is deposit at your own risk. Just pray that you are not the lone single person at the same table with 4 married couples in a $1,000,000.00 MTT...

Thanks for the clarification of ACR policy.

How is that any different then if they enter the same tournament in a live Poker Room and wind up at the same table during play?

On TV I've seen people who are "friends" at the same final table talking to each other during breaks away privately. How can they let that type of collusion go on. :)

At a live table they are not sharing hand info as everyone else can see and hear them. On a break they can discuss whatever they wish. No live hands are being played at break time. You see conversation at live tables but not obvious colluding.

Collusion and the attempt to collude live or online is cheating.

They could be sharing information live if they wanted to. Communications can be done in ways other than just saying "I have AA Honey fold this hand".

HI ,is it possible to ask your tech team to make the player color borders larger for the player boxes,on the tables..,Most sites will show 1/2 of color border compared to ACR which only shows a dimple in the corner ,it's very hard to see without straining ur eyes even on larger screens
thanks

Look in the tournaments tab. There are sub-tabs under that and you will find the freerolls. Has been there for as long as I have been playing at ACR.

Stop Opening My Browser

Been meaning to mention this. When you close the client now, it will open up my browser and navigate to one of your promo pages. Uncool!

Sometimes I close my browser before the client, just to have it re-open it again? Seriously, this is just so 1990's programming.

If you want to display a promo before closing, fine. Just do the promo like you do at the beginning when you first open the client. It is really infuriating to have my browser open back up again.

Thanks in advance, and hope you deal with this in a timely fashion.

Yep. That is exactly what I do. Tournaments, then Freerolls. It shows me a page with NO games.

Then I clicked on the All tab. That worked.

Look under the Private tab. Are any freerolls showing up there? If not, then something is very strange indeed.

I whote to the support about how this thing is annoying for me several months ago but it seems they're not going to change anything.
I agree with you, why not make a promo without opening a new browser tab every damn time I close ACR. I don't think I would like to play MOSS (or whatever) more just because of looking at this page every time. It was especially infuriating when I had the 'unclickable lobby' bug, ACR were generating these tabs for me time after time after time.

bad beat jackpot

What are the hand qualifications for the bad beat jackpot ?

Are the players paid automatically or do they have to apply to get paid on the BBJ.

Thanks.

How about positioning the Deal Me In button somewhere else than over the fold button.

How about of getting rid of those little 'you have successfully registered' windows? They don't give any sense of essential info since the tourneys that I have registered at are already mark with another color but they require an action (OK button) from a player. You always need to tap these OK OK OK. If you want some sort of notification anyway make 'splash' notification instead. I mean those that you are don't have to close manually, those that appear for several seconds and disappear by themselves.

Got it

I had to click the 'all' tab. Then the tournaments showed up. I sorted them by buy-in, so the freerolls are at the top.

Double ditto that! That is one little naggy window IMO. Pretty useless.

Ooooh. Been there, done that. Folded a few hands that way. So, ditto moving it somewhere else.
