I agree that the Venom is an amazing opportunity. I just wish I could be playing trying to win a ticket instead of not being able to log in to the client for 4 days. I don't mean to troll, and ACR Rep is doing a great job, but I also think its deeply ironic that the only thing functioning in the software right now is the opening splash screen promoting the Venom that says in all caps: PROVE YOURSELF.

There are suddenly a bunch of OD tourneys running that apparently have been running for a while. Not sure how that happened. I haven't been able to get past the splash screen since last night. The one time I did, all lobbies were empty. Just reg'd for a freeroll. Hope things go better today.

I see a list of things being worked on (pictured) I just wanted to show you the screen I get when I click on "Rewards" I don't see "Rewards" on the list and wanted to make you aware it is not working, at least not for me.


EDIT: Maybe this falls under VIP program points being worked on? I don't know.

Hi, let me clarify that. As we stated on our website regarding the affected services:


VIP Program Rewards: You will receive full credit for any gameplay and any points accumulated will be tallied and recorded accurately. During the first phases of the launch, you will temporarily be unable to see the points accumulated in the poker client. Rest assured that once we’ve enabled that functionality, you will see that you’ve received credit for any and all play.

I'm assuming "temporarily" means anywhere from 2-3 months or more?

Also, I was told I am in the "queue" for a tourney refund that I played FOUR days ago. No refund yet.

Also, no visual hand history? Is that the plan. Do they realize how important it is to be able to instantly see how bad your opponent is and record it in the notes (you know, the notes that we worked so hard on for years)

Game filters still don't work.

Why no Omaha8 ring games?

And finally, is there a statement or a list of the things that this software update is supposed to improve?

PS. On the day the sportsbook was closed (without bothering to inform us) I had made a parlay bet that was a winner. The games ended after the shutdown. That money was never transferred to my poker account. Is it in limbo in outer space now or will it magically reappear at some point? Well, appear in my pocket, not Nagys.

By the way, love the Confuscious quote "if you love your job you will never work a day in your life"

Love the look and the new buttons with 1/2 pot, pot sized bet etc! Tournaments seem to run much faster! Well done.

+1 on issues. The pot being in the bottom of the cards making it harder to see no matter what resolution I went to. My hand histories don't appear to be exporting either. The IP address things noted above.

I’m currently getting IP blocked due to multiple log in attempts. This was my first time logging back in since the current update. I was logged on last night and the site must’ve disconnected me.

Closed the login pop up and used the log in area in the top right (under the X) and it finally logged me in. Hopefully there’s no more issues. Did the ACR update revamp the entire software and RNG? Curious to know the exact extent of the new software client. What’s different / improved etc?

Update: Guys we are currently working on the IP message, please do not worry. There's no need to uninstall the client or do anything to get it fix, we are fixing it.
