To create a new thread I think you click on a specific forum area (poker rooms, cash games, players lounge etc.) and click the orange new thread icon.

PokerFunKid said:Recently i tried to deposit on ACR. When i clicked on the cashier and then on deposit, it sent me to a player to player screen showing that a request was pending for $100 to western union to a players name i've never seen or typed in. I was concerned so i contact the live chat. The person i had contact with didn't care and kept repeating that i must have typed in the name by accident. I can comfirm once again that i have never typed in this name and country. Can you please look into this why this random name apeared asking for a transfer to western union? Check if any IP have logged in from another computer on my account maybe? Or explain me why this name showed up instead of trying to tell me i must have typed in that name.
After that, when clicking on deposit, it sent me to the same page a few times. Finally, after a few tries i got on the right screen where i could deposit with my prefered method - E-wallets/Creditcard. The next problem... It didn't accept my details. I asked the man in the live chat why, and he told me this is because my card is blocked because it is isued in another country. Well, ofcourse. Mastercard is not from my country. I've never had isues with this on any site and didn't have isues with this on ACR for a long time. It is normal for a credit card to be sent from another country to the person that buys it. The cards is mine, and i am from The Netherlands. Just the card itself is created in another country. This method is the only way i want to deposit on ACR. Are you smart enough to understand my card is only sent and made in another country, but the card holder, me, is from The Netherlands? The guy in the live chat wasn't. It's like saying my Samsung phone isn't mine because it wasn't made in The Netherlands.
Would be nice if you can help me and unblock my card. Else you've lost a customer with this nonsense.

At least 3 months ago I asked why doesn't your site allow an opponent's cards to be seen if he called a bet on the river. They said the tech people know about it & it MAY be implemented.
So my questions are to you why can't I see an opponents hole cards when he calls me on the river & will you ever implement this into your software & when?

ScooperNova said:I think people get used to seeing cards you would never see in any other setting on Bovada. ACR's muck/show policy has been a big issue among players for years now. They are always "about to change it". I personally don't see an issue. There are strange instances of people who are first to act being able to muck their cards on checked down pots. I understand they have a "last aggressor" rule and when and where it is applied. In what other setting are you told if your hand is a winner before you choose to muck or show when the action is on you? None.
blobman said:I don't think this is a software glitch. It's an intentional decision. In live poker at least, you can muck a loosing hand in most circumstances, although it depends on casino rules. I have no issue with ACR's policy, because it's applied equally to all users. It would be nice to have it go the other way, but at long as it's standard, I'm fine.

CSINSC said:As you are aware poker is a game of information. I'm missing out on valuable information if I'm not allowed to see an opponents hole cards on river if it is checked down or even if a bet is called. That is my right & ACR is not allowing it.
Also being able to see an opponents cards on river helps to prevent collusion. If I'm in a 3-way pot & I'm in the middle between a bettor & a raiser & we get down to the river & the raiser has absolutely nothing then there is a great chance that the 2 individuals are colluding.
ScooperNova said:It's not your right and you seem a little entitled. While you are "patiently waiting" and reposting, realize it's a holiday. Also, in what planet are calling losing players forced to show their hand?
CSINSC said:SIR I'm not sure how familiar you are with the rules of poker, however it IS a players' rights to see what his opponent hand in the hand that he called on the river. As I said it is allowed by casinos, however that rule is frowned upon because it is associated with rubbing salt into your opponents wounds. I have played in a plethora of live different poker games & different stakes & the rule has always been U can see your opponents cards on river if called. Players can also use this option if they this their is colluding going on table.
