That's not the point. They have one social media site (twitter) where they post updates, which are generic "Taking longer than usual" messages, but yet they have a rep onboard at various forums that they just ignore. If people weren't familiar with their twitter feed, they'd be left in the dark. Nobody's whining about the simple fact that they're down, we're just calling them out on their lack of communication. It wouldn't be so bad, but they take DAYS to respond to support emails simply because they ditched live chat and phone support.

They've also had an official forum (on a domain name besides their main one - https://www.americascardroom.org/) that they never linked from their main site where they have been posting updates since FEBRUARY. Hardly anyone knew about this forum until today's update where there's a link to it when the client now loads.
BTW: WPN's sites are now back up.

edit: how about being more civil, and discussing this like a mature adult?

At home I play poker on the PC but when I go out I use the tablet and its a little different experience considering that my pc and tablet, both of them use the same O.S. (Windows 10) :(

I just hope they finish soon with the update, and my tablet is included on this update.

I followed along on their Twitter account (as well as some of the replies and @ mentions towards them - boy that was a mistake if I was trying to not see a stream of angry messages) and saw some of the same generic messages about the update that people referred to. It appears to be working now for the most part, although I don't know how this will affect those people who were in action before the long update started happening.

I'm new on the site and the App is still unknown to me. When I read your post I go back to the main menu and looked at the name of the tournament. The Omaha HI / LO format is not listed and I thought you were wrong. When I drop in the tournament lobby I saw "Game: Omaha H / L Pot Limit". I then looked at the image in the post and in the tournament header I noticed H / L near the end. So far, I've always come across this label in the main menu.
At ACR, after the hand is over, the cards quickly disappear from the table, so it was difficult for me to notice that the pot was split into high and low half.
A useful experience for me.
Until I got to know the application a little better, the help of you more experienced is welcome.:confused:

ACR Rep: Can you please tell us why you got RID of the Rathole tables?????? They were so popular, and the tables were full most of the time. I guess you guys like shooting yourselves in the foot. It seems you guys took a step forward by adding various limits to the lineup, then you took two steps back.

Oh and btw, thanks for telling us about the above mentioned forum. The first time I've heard of this is when the update completed this morning and the link was on the "loading" window. You guys need to start putting players in the loop via emails. I see that there's been posts on that forum since February. It's now April. And how are we supposed to know about it when it's not linked from americascardroom.eu? You guys have no problem sending out promotional emails, but yet support emails take DAYS to get an answer and players are left in the dark about downtime, etc.

We did announce the forum here too and on social media channels. Regarding the emails ETR, I´ve sent it to the CS Supervisors in charge. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Also notice that the emails ETR is between 24-72 hours.

Yesterday we had our downtime for maintenance. When we have downtimes, we let all our players know through our social media channels, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Yesterday´s downtime took longer than expected to get back our application on track. We sincerely apologize for that.

Regarding CS Communication channels: Phones and live chat have been disabled, our main communication channel is emailing. The ETR is between 24-72 hours. If you guys have any issues regarding Deposits and Cashouts, please contact me directly by private message. Don´t forget to send me your screen name, email address, the amount of the deposit/cash out, the method you used and if it´s:

-Bitcoin: Should provide the address
-Debit/credit cards: Bank statements proof of transactions in case you have an issue with the transaction in specific.

For tournaments refunds from yesterday: All refunds for yesterday's issues will be posted and addressed here: http://americascardroom.org/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=416

To me it seems like when there are antes they need to be included when calculating the number of big blinds in "Big Blind view mode".

Why do you guys refuse to email players regarding updates/downtime? it would make sure everyone knows about, not just the ones that know of your social media outlets....you have no problems sending out promo emails..

btw love most of the new features.

American Card Room Balance Vanished

My balance was at 426 and I had just transferred 100 back from live dealer and now both say 0. You can look under my financial history and see everything pretty easy so Im not sure what is going on but please help me. It's been an hour and I cant get a hold of anyone. I've tried closing out, clearing history, logging in from my phone and everything and nothing is correcting it.

I am having a similar problem. The site glitched and crashed when transferring my $3,800 between the casino and my poker wallet and now it's no where. I have been emailing support and getting no response. I have tried to call support and the number no longer works. If anyone please has a different way to contact someone in support that can help please let me know.
