Hey client seems to be up again but I didn't get a refund for the tourney I was in when it crashed

Latest Update: The downtime has finished, the poker client is back up. Refunds for the affected tournaments will be processed in a timely manner.

I love this room. I deposited $50 at the beginning of the year and ended up losing everything, which is why I stopped playing for about a month.
After that period, I started playing some freerolls again and ended up winning a few bucks, which I used to play micro tournaments again, and luckily I managed a good winning streak in the last few months.
I only play in this room and I intend to take advantage of the high dollar value in my country ($1 = R$6) to try to live off poker. I've been studying and playing a lot, and I intend to play up to the high stakes here.

ACR Settings issue

Having an issue with my ACR client. I opened a case and haven't been responded to yet. I just complete a fresh re-install of Windows and am still getting the below error. I am on Windows 10.

After I log in, when I try to go into settings to change anything (default seat, hand histories folder, turn on/off BB instead of chips) the OK/Cancel/Apply buttons don't do anything. When I hit the X button of the settings window, all the fields go blank and I am unable to click anything within settings. The only way I can close the window is to highlight it from the taskbar and hit the X from there. Except when I open the settings again, everything is still blank. This keeps happening and it seems like NO one has this issue.

HELPPP:confused::confused::confused:

Hi, we can provide you some basic troubleshooting steps, please do the following:



1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

Oh wow. Must have been the Flash Player. It works now! Thank you for the reply. Hopefully my post was descriptive enough for others to find it if they have the same issue.

This is just fun lol, turned a freeroll 1.10 win into 51.10 lol! I was able to get into a 2 dollar sit n go/jackpot game from previous change balance I had left that was added. Sorry, not related really just think it’s awesome lol

Tried to Multi-table sit n goes/jackpot - but don’t have the skill yet to multitask both, but on single table games, they rock so far!

Kinda hard to switch from a tournament mind of 9 players to a 3 player table but the skills are apparently relevant on both lol

I know ACR gives expensive tickets for 1/20 of price 8GTD . Very generous:)

But....


Why NOT bring permanetly the smaller step ticket tourneys , not bring them only when the Venom arrives and then taking them back ;) , talking about the 11c ttourneys for 55c ticket or the 55c tourneys for 1.65c tickets etc etc ?? :)

So......

11c tourneys for 55c tournament ticket , or T$
55c tourneys for 1.65 tournament ticket , or T$
1.65$ tourney for 5.5$ tournament ticket , or T$
etc etc

Apply the usual tourney buy in like 0.55$ or 1.6.5$ to the venom buy ins (so vanish the strange to eye 0.44 or 1.30 etc) , and make permanent small multi sng with 5 tickets each one GTD ON DEMAND until the 16.5$ , 2GTD for $55 or $109 sngs :)

Blitz poker is good , but sngs are 1.000 times better , chances to win ticket better with sng imo with SKILL . Blitz is BINGO ;)

I'm not understanding, are you trying to reach our Cardschat support or Americas Cardroom support?

the only message ive recieved is from rebecca from wpn i have noticed an extra d in my account name at acr but unable to edit

I really like this idea. let's hope they run it.
