How long until your site is updated I don't have many options in the USA and Bet online seems to be the only one with a good platform. Thanks
 
Must commend you guys at ACR on the new withdrawal process window it is so much better on the client now than before just used it for the first time.

WTF--Did a cashout using Bitcoin to Bitpay last night--money was taken out of my ACR account--but its NOT in my wallet and im being told i didnt even make the transaction yet the MONEY IS GONE FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!?!!?!? WTF!?!?!?
 
How is it that I can Xfer money into BItpay...but yet theres NO RECORD OF IT?!?!!?!?!?!? And now im just out the money?!!?!?!?!? What kind of BS operation is this...then I did another xfer and didnt get an email..had to ask for you to verify it...what a joke...

Just wondering, can I use the ticket for any tournament of equal value, or does it only apply to "special tournaments", and what is a "special tournament"?

"Special tournaments" would be the ones that our tournament department will add once the wsop ends. And yes it will only apply for those coming tournaments. But if we have any new update I will let you know here and also on our official website.

ACR Rep Im having trouble installing on a tablet with windows 10. Says ACR already installed do i want to uninstall. Its not already installed. Help
 
Ahhhh....That explains it. I was logging in, got a significant update, screen opened and just sat there with a 'configuring' message.
 
No...I spent 2 hours on the phone and talked to 3 people and got nowhere. Im just going to run up what I can, get it off there and go to BOL.

Hi! Very soon we will have our mobile application (also for tablets). Once we launch it I will post it on here and also on our official website.

Yes, it was due to the downtime for maintenance. By the way, that dog on the picture is so cute!
