ACR Rep, you do an excellent job here and I appreciate that, so don't take this personally... But this answer is unacceptable. 2 weeks ago on Sept 4th, the CEO released twitch streams in reaction to the DDOS attacks. In these streams, he promised us that the android App would be out 'next week'. In this context, 'next week' ended 3 days ago.

I can understand that there may be hiccups in releasing an app, with technical difficulties and unforeseen complications and all that. Personally I'd rather see the app rolled out in due time than with major bugs. At the end of the day, the fact of the matter is that the CEO has lied to all of us.

I've been very supportive of ACR, it's my favorite site and the first (and usually only) client I fire up when I want to play. I understand the DDOS attacks were out of your control and you did the best you could Phil, and I was happy to continue my support. This is very apparent from my post at the time:

As you can see, I even said 'much respect' referencing Phil... I can't help but feel like an idiot for saying that now. It was a bad situation, but why did he make empty promises to us? How can we stay loyal when we can't even trust the CEO?

My point- when your site is getting DDOS attacks and your reliability is being questioned (a HUGE problem in the online poker arena), why would you come out and make false promises that will only hurt your credibility? You would have been better off saying nothing about the mobile app than promising it in a time-frame your app developers told you is unrealistic (as alluded to in the stream by Phil himself).

About freerolls, it's possible to do something with players that are sitting out? Tables are full of them, i mean I want to play vs 8 players not vs afk's. This blocks my reads and I can't exploit my opponents 🙁

I was offered an opportunity to be a beta tester for the Mobile app. All I needed was to be able to receive my email on my mobile unit(s). I am not set up that way, nor do I want to be set up that way. So I won't be part of that.

The point is that Mobile is on the way! for all those who are waiting.

Could you please tell me a little bit more about this situation, regarding the email you were waiting.
 
I got an email, via my regular machine. It is NOT a tablet. I do not get my email on any tablet or phone, my devices are not synced, on purpose.. It (the email) suggests I need to get email on the mobile device, which I am not (at this moment) willing to do.

It offered beta mobile for only a few games; Jackpot poker was one and since I am not on that machine right now I can't remember the other. It did not offer the whole slate of WPN's games. Only those 2.

I may use an alternate email, like one I seldom even check, to do this. But I guess there are plenty other folks who get ACR, and BCP emails. It may have something to do with the PUSH function of the emails.

When I get back to that machine I will C&P it with edits for you all to read. Might be a couple of hours.

Look back at this thread. You will see they have been saying "very soon" for months. And that is just on here. I have asked them several years ago and they said the exact same thing. This is not an exaggeration. Either they have no idea or it's not happening.

I figured your posts were an 'exit window', doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere? Judging by your surprise I'm guessing they didn't tell you anything about it 🙁

Well America's Card Room sucks. I won a ticket into the IPT yesterday and was supposed to play for a package today and I go to get ready and they removed me from the table, WHAT THE F is going on ?😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
