I got in touch with ACR support.
And the answer I had is that it is not necessary to verify documents if I use only Bitcoin as a form of deposit and withdrawals. It is also not necessary to make a deposit in Bitcoin to make the withdrawal, that is to those who do not want to deposit, it is a great room option, as it is very easy to withdraw. Only verification of account will be necessary if the deposit or withdrawal is made in another way. Great information for anyone who was in doubt just like I had.

Could you please provide more details regarding the log in issue. Did you get the Configuring or Checking for new protocol message?

Cheats will use every opening they can. It is the sites responsibility to close those openings and this is an easy one to close.

That's our programs policy. You can only change once from the rakeback program to the rewards program.

Regarding the Award points, you just have to play real money table. Notice that Award Points are awarded at a rate of 5.5 APs for each $1 in rake generated.

Ok...I changed my default browser settings to Chrome...I still get the pop ups when I open ACR...I have since changed default back to Firefox...Thanks for helping...have any other ideas I'll give them a try

That would be nice. And remember to add the other windows that do not need to be there like the confirmations for registration, rebuys, etc. They are a PITA sometimes.

IMO, you only need two extra windows. One for your promos and one for the Cashier and Account stuff. In the case of the latter, things do not flow too well or look out of place when navigating. Like frames within frames within frames.

Also, you guys are still opening my browser when I exit the client software. Shame on you. To compound that problem, there are no ads to serve because the server is not responding. Very tacky of you too.

Regarding the security requirements: Our security department checks each account to make sure everything is in order (new accounts, old accounts, mid accounts, etc). Depending on each account status, profile, including a lot of security criteria, they require certain documentation.

If you try to open the site and get stuck on "configuring" clear your cache and delete all your cookies and restart your computer. There you go, I saved you a call to support.

Pop ups come from the poker client. My default has been set to Chrome for 18 months now. Pop ups are a way of life at ACR. Trying to multi-table? Cursed adware popups from ACR not only take the top but lock out all the other frames. IT may be working on this & a huge list of complaints & suggestions going back years, we will not see any of them make it to the software in our lifetimes. Working on it, my backside. Got any bridges for sale?

Why, after years of complaints, does your software still open Internet Explorer when ads are clicked ignoring any other computer setting for other browsers? Stone-age coding. Just get through another day coding. ACR is making money so no need to change anything coding.

A lot of these fixes require minor code changes, not rewrites. Working on it is a pacifier. Not a real solution to anything. If & when some real trustworthy competition starts reducing your player count a miracle will happen overnight. Changes will show up in droves. The games we have been asking for will suddenly show up in the menus. IT (real IT) can do this. BUT the one really in charge has to order it. He has not ordered it. Only one person in the world he cares about & it is not his players. Day is coming though.

A new site will arrive & overnight, we will be gone.

To avoid this in the future, whitelist/exclude ACR folder/EXE programs in your security software. Do the same with your firewall. Hope this helps.

I just called the IT team or whatever and they told me that becasue im using a mac im subject to not being able to re-register for tournaments whenever they please I guess. Biggest tourney of the day and I got sucked out on the river with 90%+ and I cant even try again.

Its complete bullshit becasue other people DO have the opportunity to buy in again, just like the jackass that busted me with JT, but i cant. I hope yall see this shit.

My AVG did the same thing. It's not happened before. I had issues after this trying to use the software. I uninstalled and reinstalled ACR and it didn't happen. I also am wondering what has changed and if the client can be trusted.

My computer's OS (Win10) updated yesterday, and now I cannot launch the ACR poker client. It says two dll files are missing. I cannot reinstall either because the computer says installer launch failed.

I am trying to get around this by playing on my mobile phone, but my password isn't working, and I am having trouble resetting my password. It says to enter username and email, but when I do so I keep getting an error msg.

Need some advice what to do.

sometimes it takes a minute or two. other times 10 or 15 minutes. other times doesn't load fully at all. just says configuring.

this just started happening within the last few days.

just tried clearing the cache data and reopening. restarted compute also.
still same problem.

Hello, please try to do the following:

-Go to My PC and search any field related with Americas Cardroom (you can search the file as americascardroom.ex, americascardroom or Americas Cardroom.ex) and delete it. (make sure to delete anything related with the application)

-Download the software.

If you still have issues please let me know.
