My username on ACR is benitwapasu. I am from Canada. I have never had a problem making withdrawals from ACR to ecopayz until now. Usually it is very fast--almost instantaneous. This time though the money did not come in and I got an email from someone asking for my Bitcoin receiving address which is something I don't have. I would prefer not to have anything to do with any cryptocurrency. Could you look into this for me? I sure hope I can still withdraw to ecopayz.
 
I think it would be great to have other games but the problem is there just isn't enough players that play Razz, Stud, etc. I do hope they atleast give it a shot and try and promote other games for players wanting something different to play.
 
I got an email that my above post regarding ecopayz withdrawal had been quoted and replied to in this thread but I cant see the reply--im confused

It is very strange why the representative of ACR does not answer many questions, but only places ads. I am also interested in the question of the mobile version of the room and the link to download and register in this room with a link to the Cardschat forum. But, as far as I can see, there are no answers to such questions. It's a pity.

ACR is a joke the rep left 2+2 because they Can't answer hard questions. They won't ban Russian players because of too much money on site can't pay them with all the overlays they are paying .The only Russians on the site are Putin bots and trolls, normal Russian doesn't have internet access to west.
 
Why don't you have the ACR app available in Apple play store or the Google play store?

Hi, when I go all in in a tourney ominous music starts playing, it's horrible! I looked under sounds to see how I can turn this off, but couldn't find a way to do it. Please help. All ins are scary enough without the horror movie soundtrack.

Under allin options turn off "allin suspense experience"

Try going to Settings > Playing Tools > All-In Options
Then uncheck the Use All-In Suspense Experience (music, sound effect, and animations) at the top; click OK below to confirm:

Hi ACR Rep! Tuesday 03/08, I was using a new machine, received "Security Alert - New device found", and I think I validate it ok. Next day I received the e-mail "Your account has been temporary closed", already sent some e-mails to [email protected] and no response. my user name is PoetryAA. Can you help me?
