Is BC.Game Poker reliable? Facing bugs and technical issues

I have been trying out the poker format on BC.Game (BC Poker) recently, but I am running into several technical bugs and gameplay glitches.

Before I deposit any more funds, I wanted to get the community's feedback:
Is BC Poker actually reliable and safe for long-term play?

Have any of you experienced frequent freezes, disconnections, or software bugs lately?!

they have disconnections when they have some huge freerolls, a lot of players from india i only made a deposit there and i did not withdraw yet

I used to play there, but its no longer available in my region.

They still have a small amount of my funds.
