Bodog/Bovada Will Only Be Providing Poker to US and Canadian Players

I just want to be sure you understand that Bovada is not a Bodog Brand licensee, for more information on the these licensees please visit www.bodogbrand.com.

Bovada is owned by a completely separate company than any of the Bodog branded gambling sites however Bovada is part of the Bodog Network, same as Bodog88.com, Bodog.ca and shortly TLC88.com as well. For more information on Bodog Network please visit www.bodognetwork.com.

Well on the plus side of things they do have fast cashouts considering they ship your check from Singapore! It comes through DHL to which is a quick carier. I have never had problems with Bovada before nor Bodog but do not like to see them pulling out of countries. It makes me wonder why and who might be next...

This ^ was a thread posted in 'poker rooms' by dakota that has a bit of discussion on this. (this breaking news was actually from Oct.6th)

this part ^ here is incorrect. Euros were blocked from bodog88.

You will likely have problems cashing out from any poker site using someones credit card besides your own

I cannot speak for TLC88.com, but I know that Bovada is a US facing brand and Bodog88.com accepts players located in Asia and Bodog.ca accepts players located in Canada.

So I just went on a $3,223.00 downswing on 888 poker and im livid with their site and leaving for good!

I want to move to bodog or bovada. But am confused here, is bodog.eu and bovada.com the same place?

Im so confused, where do I go to download and where do I play? Living in Toronto Canada.

Bodog.eu and Bovada.lv are two different companies- Bodog.eu is Canadian facing and Bovada is US facing- so seeing as you're located in TO, Bodog.eu is the one for you.

Ok guys, if you're not at all familiar with current USA standing, let me get you up to speed. 3 states have online gaming regulated with many more looking to do the same. Two of the biggest international benefactors have been 888 and PartyPoker. Discussions are in the works with other site owners as well to join the regulated online gaming thing in the USA, Bovada being one of them, I guess since Canada is a close neighboor and isn't a 3rd world country.

Most places however that do allow now or will eventually allow USA players in the USA through regulation will not allow international players, at least for the time being. So any network that wants to join the party will have to license a USA facing software client only, which sucks for those international players who want the US fish (those will be mine for the taking, harhar).

It won't be long before the USA has online poker owners fighting for their share of the market and sharing traffic. New Jersey is hitting it's plateau and so will the other states, so without traffic sharing cross-state, online poker won't amount to all that much.

Hi! I'm not sure what you mean? Happy to help if you can provide me with some more specifics on the info you're after?

Also, Bodog.eu and Bovada.lv are two different companies but they are both on the Bodog Poker Network- maybe this helps clear some things up.

Bovada is a great site. lots of traffic and soft playing. The graphics are good and software is fast

there are lots of great guarantees over there which I hope will be raising soon and they have great customer service. I had to call them a few weeks ago and they were fast to respond and answer my questions. They were really prompt on fixing the issue that I had
