I have only played on Carbon and i am not allowed to any more due to the restrictions but i found the site to be soft and the games to be pretty good.

definitely carbon poker.
Bovada has many restrictio in some countries.

while i am not a fan of the anonymous tables, Bovada's payout times and customer service are the best that players in the USA can hope for

Well, both. Carbon is more fun to play at: animations, promotions, bad beat jackpot. Bovada is easy, relaxing and anonymous.

Both payout without fees. But, both have no truly free freerolls anymore.

Both rooms do not allow me to register of my country.
I played with pleasure in them, but laws ...

I'd steer clear of Bovada for sure but I've never played at Carbon. ACR is good.

Played both but for me, I give the edge to carbon. Not a big fan of anonymous player names and can have no notes on the players retained for future at BOVADA.

the anonymous players names keeps the pros out bro, which protects the average players
