But you can complete the chest and get coins from there. It shouldn't be that difficult, I think.

Technical difficulties, hmm, I have been playing the Deal for months.

But then again; if they don't have it functioning properly, and a person cannot play it every 12 hours, then the Jackpot will not be shared?

The Pokerstars informed that the Deal has been taken down due to a technical issue and that they are working hard to resolve the issue and will update players with any progress.

OfCourse a technical problem can occur but let's think in another dimension for a minute...
Do you think that it could be an excuse to cancel the whole operation? I mean not to give a large payout worth probably 350k+ to one random person?

It is for sure not a small amount of money to be won especially if it ends in the wrong hands or player account with no control and managements. This can destroy health life of a person if a big amount of it is gambled and lost.

In case they will still give it out, I'm thinking they will manipulate the game to pick the winner as a person of their own "like a staff account". Thus, to the public it would still look that the jackpot got hit, they didn't step back from giving it out in front of their clients, and the winner is unknown.

To be honest, I also think it's very shady how some mysterious technical issue has suddenly appeared. But I'd rather think that it was set in a way that no one could win it. Because it's been a very long time since someone won it. It's highly suspicious. And maybe now they will re-set it, so it will be won finally.

As for the idea of them setting the win for a specific account - what makes you think it didn't happen before 😀😀

Although I remember right after the deal has been introduced, there was a CC member who won it (he won it prior to joining CC). And after winning it, he was playing freerolls on a regular basic 😄

This minigame has been around a long long time. It was originally on Full Tilt and then moved over to pokerstars. Unless the program has been hacked in some way or they do want to somehow influence the outcome why do they have to take it down? What technical issues could there possibly be on a game that has been around for years?

The irritating thing is it is a closed book......no amount of questioning will reveal the truth. They really can do just as the fancy and we can't do squat.

Well, that can happen when updates occur. Sometimes it corrupts certain parts of the system .
Quite some programming behind a pokersite like PS .
