I guess what I'm trying to figure out is how they charged me a negative number on cashback for a week when I didn't even have cashback. I didn't get my "you've got rakeback" messages until this week, the week with the negative cashback is the week prior to that.

I've also sent them a message to try to figure it out.

It's no big deal, it's 36 cents but I would like to know what's up.

Monthly Gross Revenue. It's your share of the rake paid at the table - any deductions. Your rakeback will be 27% of your MGR.

I emailed RBP to check why I was missing stats from one of my couple days back at FT and they just said their stats system is all messed up, but that Full Tilt keeps track of and pays the rakeback so it should be correct.

Got my first payment today, only $1.01 but it is exactly correct after looking through what I played. 15 $2.25s $3.75 rake * 27% rakeback = 1.0125 . Glad the negative rakeback from before being accepted didn't roll over, and happy to find out I can still play in private freerolls without losing all my rakeback.

That number goes back further than the last week then. Private FRs do not effect MGR.

How can it go back farther a week? ... and there is no other entry and no 'carryover'. I just got approved yesterday and submitted application the day before.

Things that do effect MGR include:
NEVER - Cashing out (check or bank wire fee)
NONE PLAYED - FTP sponsored FRs
NONE PLAYED - Tournaments with overlays
NONE USED - I have NEVER used ANY ftp points - for ANYTHING. - Using FT points with the exception of using them for tourney BIs (unless the above applies)
NEVER - Clearing bonuses (except the mid / end of year IM bonuses)

Can't think of anything else right now although there certainly could be more to add.

Still don't see how I could be 'charged' ANY amount since I was approved less than 36 hours ago and played ONLY cash stud/hi games in the last 24 hours ... and the CC freeroll on Tuesday.

The ONLY games I have played on FT are the CC freerolls and going back several weeks, a VERY few CC and OFC (repping CC) buy-in games. I haven't played a 'no-rake' Ferguson in approx 9 months (or more). Here's my OPR stats going back to March 2009 (as far as MTT's go) and I have played NO cash games there in the last year or more - of ANY kind.

RBP OPR 3 5 10

and of course, the one stud h/l I was part of the 3-way 'deal' for $46.46 each at the 1/8/2010 $100 added CC game ... doesn't show - lol.

The best part of this is that since I don't play FT ring games anyway, and last night was my first, I'm going to sit back and see how much RBP will deduct from my RBP account over the next few weeks ... playing nothing but CC freerolls and CC or OFC buy-in games.

You'll NEVER have money taken from your account by your rb provider. If you do in fact have a negative balance (suit2please's post above seems to indicate that they're having problems so that may not be the case, but if you do it will just carry over forever until you rake enough to make it go away. Even if FTP gave you a $1000 gift, your rb provider can not deduct from your FTP account. Doesn't work that way.

I wasn't indicating that RBP would deduct anything from my FT real money account. Any reference to neg amounts in my previous posts are regarding the negative balance I have with RBP for never playing.

Didn't intend to confuse anyone if it seemed to indicate that any amount was deducted from my FT account.

Yeah, their amounts are wrong at RBP. They had me down for earning $58 for this last period, which I thought seemed a little low. My deposit today was for $71 however. RB still shows $58.

LOL ... what a joke. Logged in today to see where I was at with RBP. First off, no reply to yesterday's e-mail to RBP 'support'.

Meanwhile, RBP has been busy adding to my rakeback deficit. Yesterday, my first day with RBP ... I was in the hole $1.53

Great news ... I played the CC Friday buy-in game... paid my $.50 rake and I am now $1.79 in the red.

I have a feeling there is some truth to me being able to be the first to get to -$10,000 rakeback.

Rbp 3 6 10

So far .... since being 'approved for rakeback'... I have played 100+ hands of stud hi and received negative rakeback. Now I've paid my $.50 rake for the CC game and increased my negative rakebake.

Looks like I have three more chances for negative rakeback this weekend. The Saturday CC freeroll and the OFC freeroll and the OFC buy-in game on Sunday.

However, WVH is insistent that freerolls don't add to negative rakeback... we'll see... and I may not even play the Sunday OFC buy-in game just to see how ridiculous this can get.

Since I was accepted I've only been able to play one tourney, the CC money added on Friday night, $2.50+$0.50 with $100 money added. My rakeback seems to have been computed as 27% of my rake less my share of the money added, or 27% x ($0.50 - $100/31) or 27% of -$2.73 for a whopping rakeback of -$0.74.

I'm not exactly sure I agree with their approach. Can someone in the know confirm that this treatment of the money added is reasonable and consistent with the source of those dollars?

NevadaNick, the stats on RBPs site are just plain wrong, I was in the negative for playing in CC freerolls and had negative stats going back 3 months, but I got paid for what I played since the day they said I was accepted. When I first saw my stats I figured Id be the same way as you and just keep going negative. They really do have to fix their statistics onsite, or atleast get rid of the -rakeback for playing in private freerolls.

Me, you and Caps need to start a "No rakeback at FT Club." I could swindle some special events funds and have huge freerolls at FT just for members of the club. :p

$500 freeroll will pay 4 places - only members of club are eligible. I think 1 freeroll a week will be enough. :)
