I submitted a withdrawal request Dec 1 and it looks like it is going through. No rake requirement, and even waiving the need to produce id. Welcome change from last time I tried to withdraw. If they had been this friendly over the years, I woulda played there a lot more. I just really hated the withdrawal requirements and all of the hurdles they put up.

They didnt take the rake requirement from your balance? They did so with me. What do you mean with "looks like it is going through?" I mean u either received money or not.

I launch the client and it keeps loading endlessly, but nothing happens.
Yesterday and Monday I managed to open the client and it was as usual, just without the poker tables.

Perhaps there's a misunderstanding.
From what I understand, they were going to close the poker section on November 30th, but the client would still be available: open the client and you can choose whether to launch the betting section and/or the casino.

I just checked for you and yes client is indeed offline but u can login through their web page for Sportsbook and Casino.
My rest Balance of a few cents was available in Sportsbook only and i couid not bet with it because its less than any minbet.

On the 19th they announced they would close the room on the 30th.
They gave the players about 11 days...
Once they were informed of the room's closure, they canceled all pending bonuses and rb, tickets etc
They removed all the daily gold chips tournaments and created a $5.00
freeroll held three times a day, with prizes for the top three finishers.They canceled the four weekly all-in tournaments ($ 150.00 or $ 125.00 prize pool), even if a player had signed up for the Friday and/or Sunday one.
I love the room, and I've written about it many times here, but they could have handled this situation much better.
