Interesting change from GG Poker after just one tournament. I guess people already joined the party and play there so why throw around too much confetti 🌝 🎉

I can't seem to win a weekly ticket in those Daily ones. Went out in ~2,600th today. I find them pretty painful to play... large % of the players have zero clue.

I've been grabbing some by playing 1,000 hands of cash. (think I'll do that right now)

It feels like people at Daily Freeroll don't understand that the main thing is to get into the 2,500 prize money. In the last tournament, with 2545 people left, three go all-in with 25,000/18,000/22,000 chips... 🤦🏻‍♂️ All three would get a 100% ticket if they just discarded any cards 🤷🏻‍♂️ and two of them were out 😑

It is interesting. Having thought about it a little more, OK its not as easy to get some prize, but actually is a bit more top heavy with some massive prizes.

For example if @ms_attack got 12th this coming week they would win C$750 not $400. Kind of weird how its a mix of tickets and C$ too. Still, this is still a tourney with huge value, espially if you can be one of the lucky ones to run deep!!

GG is the worst garbage there is. I play in almost every theater in my country in the same way. I analyze my game and where the greatest bad beat I have received is in that room.

Imo they butchered this one. Now it will be pretty difficult to win any money at all as most itm places are tickets. Dont care really as i didnt intend to participate on regular basis anyway (just to be clear before some self appointed GG rep(s) will mention that is for free and i should be thankful 😅)

Not much of a giveaway really, way too costly for the low stakes players to consider. And if you do qualify then most likely you would be a high roller and wouldn’t bother playing the freeroll you qualified for anyway. So a dubious promotion to say the least.

What, its free!!! You have to play 100 hands per week for daily ticket, and the prize is 100k total!!!!

Why would it be most likely a 'High Roller' if they qualified for the Freeroll? As was already mentioned, it's 100 hands. I'm pretty sure they let you do that playing $0.01/$0.02 poker.

I think these are maybe gained from the fish buffet system, although its a bit complicated, so I don't fully undertsand......not sure how you got te other one! I have occasionally woken up to free tickets too, when other didn't!! Who knows!!

1 in 10 chance of the GG masters is a good random bonus ticket!

Have you checked your promo page, you likely need to opt in. Click your avatar, in the top right, then click 'My Promo', then over on the left hand side there will be a menu, the 4th tab down should have a blank box, you need to tick it to opt in to this promo, at least I did have to anyway

For the sites, they will remove money freerolls if they don't see a return from them, just like pokerstars did!!
So for me C$, T$, tickets are all good!!

The tickets mean you maybe get to play above usual levels too, which is more fun!!

Way less C$, more tickets, and min prizes are tickets! Less places paid, so a tougher tourney now too!! 1/10 get paid rather than 0ver 1/6.5 ish. Not really as good, but it is another way to get into the GG Masters

Oh, so it becomes more difficult to get cash. But the top spots will get much higher payouts because of that.

Would you prefer the GG Masters or rather play the satellite to get to the Bahamas?

Right now, I'd prefer GG masters, I'm kind of in need to any money I can make!! So a nice run in the GG masters is more realistic than beating a bunch of pros in a game to get to the Bahamas, although that would be totally incredible of course!!

Yes, going to the Bahamas would be a dream (more like to wsop Las Vegas), and a MiniCash there would be almost a year's salary.

But I would probably also play the GG Masters. We'll see, today I finally managed to win a Step 3 ticket (after 6 days of effort), maybe I can turn it into a Step 4 ticket. I don't think the system is that bad, especially since it can be played for free if you play 100 or 300 cash hands, thus earning one ticket for Step 1 and one for Step 2.
