GGPoker Customer Support – 4 days without a response

Hi everyone! 👋

I wanted to ask if anyone else has recently experienced delays with GGPoker Customer Support.

I contacted them regarding an important issue, but it has now been 4 days and I still haven’t received any response. No reply by email or any other update.

Is this normal for GGPoker? 🤔
How long does it usually take for their Customer Support team to respond?

If you’ve had a similar experience recently, I’d really appreciate hearing how long you had to wait for a response and whether you recommend sending another follow-up message.

My experience with them has been very positive and timely - same day e-mail response. Actually I just checked, it was only 9 minutes. However that was 3 1/2 years ago. Things may have changed since then.

I did use their "Ask GG" AI bot very recently. That too was positive, however my question this time was more general.

If it's been 4 days I'd definitely consider contacting them again.

I also tried using Ask GG, but unfortunately it wasn’t able to provide an answer to my request either. It also couldn’t connect me to a real person through a live chat with customer support.

The only thing it could do was send another notification/email to the customer support team. Unfortunately, that didn’t help either, because even after contacting them multiple times and having Ask GG follow up, I still haven’t received any response.

Four days is longer than usual, especially for an important issue. I would send a polite follow up in the same ticket and check your spam folder as well. Opening multiple tickets can sometimes slow things down, so it is better to keep everything in one thread.

And thats why u got back to the start of the queue. Just wait after u sent ur first request.

Yes, maybe, but after 48 hours without a response, I felt I needed to try again. And then after 4 days still no response….so overall its more than 4 days without response

Its not "maybe".

I know from reading forums for years that most pokersites support work like that. If u write them multiple times in a short period they will put u back to the start of the queue. 48 hours is not enough, u have to wait a minimum of 72 hours. Me personally i wait one week untill i send a follow up request.

GG support is very good and responsive in my experience.

U could also post ur issue here if u want @pokersztar lots of folks around who play there and are maybe able to help.

Me i only play there minimal but i still know their software very well.
