As the Shame Shady Group is observing the forum(s), please understand that I´m not a friend of publicising details.

Who cares? Lock has NO MONEY, so suing them is pointless. Doing so is just throwing good money after bad.

Lock can't be broke or how else could they have awesome Rake back, high GTD tournaments with over lay and be offering free rolls annnddd giving out free money to players who have been waiting for cash outs..

=o

Just doesn't make sense

Only way for Lock to be broke and to be doing this stuff is if they were incompetent dip shits... :canabis:

Oh, if you have access to their bank and PSP accounts, please send the screenshots of the account balances to [email protected]

Thanks!

For those who think I do this because I want to phish your Lock account(with your "valueable" Lockopoly $$ in it), simply send the required informations from an email address which is not connected to your Lock account.

Thanks!

Sorry to hear about some of you having your $ tied up. I sold my $ for a pretty good price to other "recreational" players so I didn't really feel bad about the fact they would lose it anyways. In a way, I saved them $. I always did warn them though that $ would be really hard to get off the site and now lawsuits.

GL all.

So if I'm reading this correctly he is being accused of using screen shots that he asked for, for proof of claim to use in future scams over @ 2+2?

Just like at 2+2 If you've sent him a screenie you should probably say so ITT in till this gets figured out..

I noticed he hasn't been banned so I'm assuming the Mod's are looking into it?

I'd advise not to send in your details in till the Mod's okay it - If you haven't already done so.

Yes, Mike Heaven banned me, because he believes that I´m one of their regularly banned alleged serial scammers and because It would be easy for a scammer to impersonate a honest player if he had a screenshot of their account to show to his latest marks.

1st of all, I don´t ask you for a screenshot of your account(= logged into the admin), but for a screenshot when logged into the poker client or for a screenshot of the pending withdrawal.

If a scammer can impersonate a honest player with a screenshot of the poker client and if I was a scammer, then I would simply collect user names from players sitting at tables on Lock or from their leaderboards and prepare a screenshot from the poker client with these user names.

As the letters of the account balance and user name are white and the background is totally black, it´s very easy to prepare screenshots with the collected user names on Lock tables or leaderboards.

-> no need to do such an effort like I did, to become screenshots of the poker client with Lock user names.

2nd: If you fear that I´ll use your screenshot from the poker client to scam others in the player transfer thread on 2+2, than you can also send only a screenshot of your pending withdrawal. In the pending withdrawal area, your user name is not stated.

People have sent me as well only screenshots from their pending withdrawal request and I have accepted them.

3rd: Yes. To avoid accusations of phishing, I have added to send the required informations from an email address which is not connected to your Lock account.

4th: For those who want to wait until the mods on 2+2 will unban me, I suggest to start something by yourself. Because it´s not working in this way to accuse me of something without any proof and which makes no sense(see 1st) and then I have to tell them exactly who I am, etc, etc.

Just want to add this:

Fwiw, I don't think TF is a transfer thread scammer.

We have discussed Curacao and curaçao egaming over PM and it's clear that he's put effort into researching this. Seems like a lot of unnecessary work for someone planning to scam people in the transfer thread with screenshots.

Of course, this doesn't rule out other scams. But I personally don't get that sense.

I never said anything about the mods over at 2+2 unbanning you I was talking about waiting till the mods here gave their input on it since I turst the mods here more then I do over there.. Si9mply because I do not know the mods over there since I don't use 2+2 lol

I'm not accusing you of anything and only have the 1 Million dollars that Lock gave me "Cause why not")

I was just suggesting that our members proceed with caution though I don't really see anything that you could use to steal anything since any one with a computer can find out some ones real name and SN

Also if it were me I would need more details on plans such as the lawyer who is going to take on the case and all that stuff.

Of course it's not me sooo.. lol

Yes, if you are going after a criminal group, it makes always sense to publicise details of your plan in advance(sarcasm off).

Anybody who sends information to anyone else does so at their own risk.

I want to make it very clear that we do not know this person (Towerflower) and you are responsible for doing your own investigating if you are considering providing him with any of your account details.

Just to reiterate what has already been said, TowerFlower was banned by 2+2. He had posted the same plan on the forums there but when pressed for details would not provide any. The moderators there believed he may have been trying for some sort of scam, which is why they banned him. I have not sent him any of my info. I have a $1,500 payout owed for more than a year and I have given up on ever seeing a penny of it.

From what I could glean from 2+2 from the posts of others, it sounded like he was trying to get up a petition to force Lock into bankruptcy. This wouldn't necessarily do anything to make it more likely that we would get paid what we are owed, but at least it could force Lock to stop operating its scam of a site and ripping off more new, unsuspecting players.

If that is the case, I would be willing to sign that petition and state that I am a person who is owed by Lock. I don't think he would necessarily need my Lock ID or the amount of money that is owed to me for this reason, which is why I am not sending him that info.

For the petition I´ll file against Lock, your full name and proof of the claim(screenshot of pending withdrawal and or screenshot of the account balance) is required by the Authorities.

If you know a petition where you can simply say: "Hey, I´m a person who is owed money by Lock", I suggest to sign this one. Any action against this ongoing scam is welcome on my part.

And please publicise the details of this "I´m a person who is owed money by Lock" petition, so others who are not willing to give any infos can join this one.

Thanks!

the article regarding Lock's cash game traffic going up was a bit surprising

https://www.cardschat.com/news/lock-poker-traffic-even-warnings-insolvency-6553

Yeah I saw that too and when I saw the percentage that it went up I was like 0.o but then realized that there traffic going up such a high percentage was due to the fact that they don't have much traffic in the first place.. so there traffic increase was only about 14 people..

Which still seems high considering their terrible reputation but you also have to remember that Lock opened up a new poker site (That shares traffic) so it's to be expected that more unsuspecting people have fallen victim to the whore that is Lock.

yeah i love how it says there are 554 players and 189 tables at the moment

Those are mostly from the Free rolls

Lock is losing money from 95% of it's traffic... ofc since they aren't actually paying players they are gaining money from deposits

I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 18 MONTHS NOW FOR MY PAYOUT FROM LOCK. IMHO, THEY ARE JUST LOW DOWN SCUMMY THIEVES. THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER MY E-MAILS ANYMORE. OF COURSE, MY E-MAILS HAVE BEEN A LITTLE RUDE LATELY. I JUST GOT TIRED OF THEIR FEEBLE EXCUSES. THEY NEVER HAD ANY INTENTION OF PAYING ME AND A LOT OF OTHER PLAYERS. WHAT CAN WE DO THOUGH? JUST MAKE POSTS LIKE THIS. WE CAN'T TAKE THEM TO COURT.

STAY AWAY FROM LOCK POKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm lucky , I didn't and haven't never played on lock , unfortunately I played on juicy stakes with the previous owners, had about 400$ that was worthless!!! Total sour note to online poker scam companies like this

Still making money..

I just got done reading that they are growing, they have seen a steady increase in player numbers. How is this possible when I haven't seen anything positive written about them.. Where are the players from.. Family members of the employees?

You can join my petition(which requires your name and proof of your claim) or teepack´s "I´m a person who is owed money by Lock" petition.

Why?

What about the new sites like Full Flush? Does anyone see them going down the same road as Lock? They are offering a lot of bonuses. To me it just seems like they are printing money and when people to go cash out there isnt going to be enough there.
